Taking down carefully aluminum/copper point wiring on & including hard wood battens, surface conduit and board/blocks etc or through conduits for light , socket or power point ,fan point complete incl fitting such as switches ,sockets, ceiling rose , holder socket, light fitting, regulators and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor , ceiling etc and removing materials (other than those for which credit has been given by the contractor) to the MES stores yard for keeping in safe custody complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with approved colour code multi stranded copper conductor, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable of size 1.5 Sqmm ,1100 volts grade, two run of single core cable for phase & neutral and one run of single core multi stranded copper conductor, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable of size 1.5 Sqmm ,1100 volts grade for earth continuity conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly in and including new concealed PVC conduit terminated on and including new steel sunken boxes 1.2mm thickness covered with provision of 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet, comprising of One light /bell/buzzer point controlled by one switch or one fan point controlled by one switch &fan regulator, complete all as specified and directed. Note :Unit rate is inclusive of cutting chases in wall /foor/PCC and making good the disturbed surfaces to match the original finishes surface and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Supply and fixing for bulk head fitting in engineering plastic housing with clear prismatic diffuser 6 watt capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing indoor decorative extruded aluminium anodized housing /CRCA sheet steel coated housing (suitably coated to improve resistance against corrosion) LED batten type luminaries' (LED batten shall be prewired box type, retrofit solution with and including replaceable retrofit cool day white LED tube rod with well designed aluminium heat sink /aluminium housing for excellent heat dissipation; 4 feet (appx) size, high efficiency electronic driver, system wattage not more than 20 watt (lumen output not less than 2000 lumen), UV radiation light fitting with wall mounting arrangement and making connections with PVC insulated copper conductor 3 core cable of 0.5 sq mm" complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully old copper or aluminium sub main wiring of any Nos of wiring and size with earth wire on wooden batten/ surface conduit/ casing- capping complete with its all accessories and making good disturbed surfaces of wall , floors etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing sub main wiring with two single core FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor of size 6 Sqmm (nominal area), 1100 Volt grade(with approved colour coding as per IS) with and including continuous earth wire of size 6 Sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH multi stranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade , and connected to main board drawing through PVC concealed conduit 25mm size(minimum size), cutting chases in walls for PVC concealed conduit and making good the disturbed surfaces after taking out old unserviceable sub main wiring complete by provding by wall putty/POP after mason work and finshing to match the original surfaces and nothing extra shall be paid on this account all as specified and directed. Note : (i) For the purpose of measurement, 2 single core of 06 sqmm and one single core of 06 sqmm cable along with PVC conduit shall be considered as 1 running metre. (ii) cutting chases and PVC conduit will be measured and paid separately

Disconnecting the power supply and taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards fittings and fixtures such as DBs, Junction Box, Panels of any size complete with all MCCB's ,MCB's etc and removing from site, all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

Cutting chases in brick walls, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar (1:3) to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring etc and making good, cutting not exceeding 10cm girth complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour, earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.00mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25m below normal ground level, with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, connected with and including earth lead of GI wire 4mm dia (8 SWG) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 15mm dia bore including watering pipe 20mm dia bore GI light grade (ISI marked) with funnel and wire mesh, including all necessary excavation and earth work, PCC chamber in plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 and pit cover of presast RCC with MS frame etc and all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Sch Part-I (2009), complete all as specified and directed. Note(s) :- (i) RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM not less than 4Kg/Sqm. (ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed 500 mm away from the edge of earth pit. (iii) Rate shall include earth lead and protection pipe of length 7.5m, excess beyond 7.5m length required at site shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Earth resistance should be less than 3Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 3Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt.
