Easing of door shutters, window shutters, kitchen cupboard shutters, show case shutter drawers incl fixing of screws for easy closing/opening and tightening of hinges or changing the position of hinges, adjustment of tower bolts, sliding bolts with new screws etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The complain slips to be collected from the complain cell daily by the contractor or his authorised reprensentative/supervisor. The complaint to be attended and cleared within 24 Hrs or otherwise as given in particular specfications from the date and time of handing over of complaint slip and to be deposited to the concerned JE I/C or Engineer In- Charge duly signed by the users. In case of delay in clearing the complaint, the penalty to be imposed to the contractor at double the rate quoted for each.

Attending Day to Day complaint for Petty repairs to leaking water in bib taps, pillar taps, stop cock, angle valve, PVC connection,, float valves, concealed stop cock, GI pipe joints bottle traps, PVC water tank, low level flushing cistern , CPVC/GI pipe fittings, Wall mixer,WHB Mixer incl replacing & providing of good quality rubber washer check nuts plunges ,wall mixer spindal ,taflon tape, M-seal, brass spindles (specific type), GI/ brass/CPVC fittings etc or any other minor accessories / repairs to make the system all time functional , ensure smooth water supply without any wastage and stop water leakage complete all as specified and directed.
