M & L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick with excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-25 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-25 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for use and waste of timber as in formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, for fair finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble uncoursed well bounded bedded and solidly hearted built in CM (1:6) including necessary bond stones and pointing the unaccessible dressed surface with same mortar as the work proceeds complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : PCC bond stone in PCC 1:3:6 of size 200 x 200mm shall be provided of entire depth in every layer of stone masonry in stagged manner at c/c 1 mtr)

Extra labour over stone walling for hammer dressing to faces stones and dressing of face of beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling uncoursed or brought up to course with maximum depression on face straight edge held against the dressing surface n.exc 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for 110mm dia PVC(SWR) pipes, type 'B', single socketed, in any length, laid in trenches or in floors, walls etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing plastered or unplastered new surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint as approved all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F cast iron Sluice valve with steel spindle bronze gate & spindle 150mm bore both sides flanged & drilled confirming to IS14846-2000, type PN (1:6) ISI mark, including suitable rubber gasket joints with bolts & nuts etc including 150 bore CI pipe of 1.5 mtr long complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for digging out roots up to any depth, of girth of tree exc 30cm and n.exc 100 cm filling holes and levelling off ground, stacking of serviceable material and removing of unserviceable material to a distance n.exc 50m and clearing site complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for desilting and cleaning of check dam, including taking down mud/ soills/ stones/ spoils and throwing the silt/ mud/ spoils/ stones to a distance n.exc 1.5 Km complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Any damage to the structure /assets during execution of work shall be made good by the contractor without any additional cost.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping,cills ,string courses,apex stone,bed plates, kerbs, bands, lintels n.exc 1.5m length etc including necessary form work, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge exc 63 mm but n.exc 75 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and gaps filled with moorum /red bajiri and rolled with power driven road roller of 8 - 10 tonnes capacity to required gradient and slope to a true surface all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) 100 mm thick, as in sub bases, floors and pavings etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) 150 mm thick, as in sub bases, floors and pavings etc, finished fair and even without using extra cement all as specified and as directed

M & L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for forming construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth or width & applying two coats of japan enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning and repairing including ball valve 20mm etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 20mm bore mild steel tubes medium grade, galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling including taking up/down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store 20 mm bore pipes all as specified and as directed.

S & F for 25mm bore mild steel tubes medium grade, galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling including taking up/down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store 25 mm bore pipes all as specified and as directed.
