Improvement of Pond Ash Utilization by reclamation of Low Lying Areas outside BTPS through Pond ash filling gravel Topping at Bellary Thermal Power Station

a.The intending bidder shall have Lifted a minimum quantity of Five Lakh (5,00,000) MT of pond ash per annum under a single Work Order of similar nature of work (Excavation, Loading & Transportation of pond ash through tippers to low lying areas/ abandoned mines by road from any coal fired thermal power plant) during any one of the preceding five (05) financial years, i.e., FY 2021-22 to FY 2025-26. The bidder shall furnish copies of the relevant Work Order and Work Completion/Work Done Certificate as documentary evidence.

b.The bidder shall possess (owned) a minimum of One Hundred (100) Nos. of Tippers, each having a minimum carrying capacity of 18 Cum or above. The tippers shall be of model year later than FY 2021-22. The bidder shall furnish copies of the Registration Certificates (RCs) of the tippers as documentary evidence.

c.The bidder shall possess (owned) a minimum of Three (3) Nos of crawler excavators and a minimum of Two (2) Nos of Wheel loaders, each having capacity of 2 Cum or above. The crawler excavators & wheel loaders shall be of model year later than FY 2021-22. The bidder shall furnish copies of the Registration Certificates (RCs) of the crawler excavators & wheel Loaders as documentary evidence.

d.The annual turnover of the bidder shall not be less than Rs. Forty One crore Forty Lakhs (41.4 Crores) only in at least Two of the preceding Five financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26). As a proof, the bidder shall furnish a copy of annual financial statement reports duly certified by the chartered accountant.

e.The net worth of the bidder as on the last day of the preceding financial year ending on 31.03.2026 shall be positive.
