(i) Fabrication of LHS broken dump eye plates into required size by gas cutting from abrasive steel plate and gouging of uneven surface for proper welding. (ii) Rebuilding of required eyes (02 nos) on fabricated plates by turning operation on lathe. (iii) Alligning & joining of fabricated dump eye plates with flap eye upper portion w.r.t. other RHS dump eyes 2) For Flap eye holes (02 nos.) (i) Build up of worn-out eye holes and dust seal area (2 Nos. at different locations) (ii) Finishing of eye holes and dust seal area by line boring for Bush/Pin Fitting. (iii) Fitment of 4 Nos. of Bushes & making it free w.r.t. Pins. 3) For welding of 03 nos. missing adaptor tooth (i) Gouging and finishing of uneven surface of adaptor tooth shank portion.
