Comprising of the following for Serial Item No. 1 to 3:- (a) Room evaporative indoor unit with speed blower fan of appropriate capacity including PCB, thermostic control, air filter and drain for condesning water. (b) Outdoor condering unit of capacity with condenser fan motor of appropriate capacity 01 No air colled condenser pf capacity -01 No shall be installed outside the building on and including suitable factory made mild steel brackets fixed on wall using fastners for fixing and installation AC’s (c) Refrigerant copper pipe of suction and discharge line with insulation, condensing water drain pipe & protected by suitable sixe of flexible PVC conduit with control valves & safety accessories including control wiring for evaporator & condensing unit with suitable size of copper cabel shall be fixed. (d) Makig good the disturbed surface to amcth the existing surface after pluging the holes etc. Note: (i) Cutting holes in walls/window of any thickenes for installation AC etc connection and making good the disturbed surface to match with the thickness for installation of AC etc, connection and uint rate quoted by contractor (ii) Electircal cable of required size & length to connect outdoor unit with indoor unit and indoor unit to voltage stabilizer. (iii) Coper piping/with insulation (10 fit) and drain piping shall be also deemed to be inclusive in quoted unit rate. (iv) Heavy duty of air conditioner outdoor wall mounting Bracket uint rate quoted by contractor

Supply and fixing Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20A, 10 KA, C curve complete all as specified and directed
