Supply and fix solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S square tube supplied and fitted to opening as per specification and drawing shown in SSR Part II complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 2nd class hardwood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints supplied and fitted to opening complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 35mm thick, 2nd class hard wood rail and style plain framed, paneled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS: 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing gauze or glass etc size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I section 8, clause 8.24(a) supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 18/19mm thick block board Gde-1 quality exterior grade commercial type fixed with screw to timber frame as in cup board, selves, drawer, etc. or in narrow width not exceeding 15cm, with and including 6mm thick teak wood lipping fixed with nails in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix aluminium alloy wire cloth 0.45 mm nominal dia. of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples/ wooden beads in repairs to existing shutter of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully sub main wiring including copper/aluminium/GI earth continuity conductor and making good disturbed surfaces any sizes complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down MCB DBs with MCBs of any size and capacty alongwith teakwood boards, energy meter incl all fittings/ fixtures carefully and making good disturbed surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Energy meter is the property of the department and will be kept in safe custody for re-fixing or deposit in MES store.

Fixing only, connecting and testing electric meters retieved from item No 65 above complete all as specified and directed.
