Providing, fitting, installation, testing and commissioning of 10000 GPH x 21-29 MH mono submersible at pumping station baryalta shatrari dugwell with following specifications:- Pump of genuine make with latest ISI standards) Discharge-10000 GPH Head- 21-29 meter head RPM-2900 Job includes shifting of mono submersible pump set with allied accessories to pumping station baryalta shatrari. Providing, fabrication, and fitting of suction pipe line 100mm dia approximately 6 meters in length with proper laying, flanging and welding from delivery end of submersible pump set using adapter as per size of pump set upto suction pipe line of HC pumping unit and 100 mm dia delivery pipe to filter approx. 35 meters or as per site conditions . Providing, fitting and laying of 6mm2 submersible copper cable 3 core from panel installed at pump room upto submersible pump set approximately 60 meters in length with proper thimbling and insulation material and thereafter testing the system. Job also includes providing and fitting of MUG starter of suitable rating to run the system. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles, transportation etc.

Providing and fitting of cast iron sluice valve 100 mm at suction side of raw water pump 01 no. and 100 mm foot valve(01no.) and 100 mm cast steel sluice valve (01 no.)at delivery side of mono bloc along with flanges ,rubber sheet, nut bolts as per requirement. job also includes P/F of 6 mm sq submersible cable 40 meters from panel to raw water pump in the dugwell and P/F of 50 mm sq copper cable from bus bar to panel to HC pump sets at baryalta shatrari stage 1st as per site specifications or maximum of 70 meters. Job also includes making of by pass arrangement of both raw water pumpsets.
