Supplying, laying, fixing, jointing and testing LT under ground XLPE insulated, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 16 Sqmm x 4 Core, IS 7098 marked, with electric connection lugs, laid in trenches/under floor or fixed naked with walls / on poles/ in ducts / in GI pipes etc. and including taking down complete all as specified and directed. Note - Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, PCC cover and GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling of old u/s ACSR or AAC conductors, all as specified and directed

Dismantling of old u/s GI earth wire or service feeder or distribution span all as specified and directed

Dismantling of old u/s insulators of any type and any size all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI pipe 'light grade' 40 mm in trenches, under floors, roads, along poles for protection of cables with all necessary fittings and sealing ends complete all as specified and directed.

Description same as per Item No. 06 above but GI pipe 'light grade' 80 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth; for laying of cables, pipes etc. and getting out all excavated material in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of locally available river sand in trenches below and above / around UG cable for cable protection, in duct under & above the cables including punning around cable complete all as specified and directed. Note - Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Supply and laying unreinforced PCC Cable protection cover, class LV, type-1 flat with size 250 x 150 x 40 mm laid flat width wise complete all as specified and directed.

Drilling (Horizontally) existing road (maximum 10 mtr wide) suitable for passing GI tubing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of unserviceable Straight through LT joint including jointing material and excavation up to 3mtr length and make good surface after jointing of cable complete of size 50 to 120 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Junction Box for street light made out of FRP sheet 3.0mm thick, dust and vermin proof out door type of size 350mm x 300mm x 150mm (HxWxD) with arrangement of incoming and outgoing feeder with 04 Nos Aluminium bus bar of 32 Amp for termination of line with and providing DIN Rail for mounting single MCB SP 230V. 6A 10 KA (in accordance with IS/IEC 60898-1) and making arrangement for fixing aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm 4 core and copper wire of size 2 x1.5 sqmm with 1 x 1.5 sqmm earth wire in green wire of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor from Junction Box to street light fitting and clamps made out of MS flat iron 25 X 4 mm ,MS hexagonal bolts, nuts and washer for arrangement to pole /surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rigid non-metallic PVC FRLS conduit heavy duty of size 20 mm external dia, exclusive of boxes (junction/ terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc, to be fixed along the pole and including taking down complete all as specified and directed.
