Material and labour for applying a coat of cement base paint on old decorated plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of old decorated surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of old decorated painted surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Painting work carried out upto 30 feet height, Quote the rate considering this aspect. Nothing extra will be paid on account of this. (ii) Second coat will only be carried out after 12 Hrs of first coat.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated plastered or un-plastered surface of ceiling by brooming down and brushing with steel wire brush and applying a coat of white wash, completed all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of old decorated painted surfaces of walls and applying of two coats of 1st quality acrylic distemper on walls over a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Second coat will only be carried out after 12 Hrs of first coat.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated plastered or un-plastered surfaced by brooming down and brushing with steel wire brush and applying of a coat of 1st quality acrylic distemper on walls including cornices, completed all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 1 to 2mm thick cement based wall care putty on walls to give uniform surface. Before applying of wall care putty, remove existing treatment of putty, completed all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc. and rubish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar(1(cement):4(sand) on fair faces of concrete or brick work in two layers (10mm thick 1st layer + 5mm thick finishing layer) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions on top layer only and finish the surface even fair, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- WPC will be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortor (1:3) on fair faces of concrete surfaces as in ceilings (sunshed, chajja etc) and finishing surfaces even and fair, complete all as specified and as directed.
