M&L for chipping of spalled and loose concrete and cleaning rust from reinforcement by sand blasting scrubbing down concrete surfaces with wire brushes cleaning with water allow to dry and applying a layers of Zinc rich epoxy primer as an antirust on all exposed reinforcement followed by a layer of bonding coat of approved epoxy adhesive on complete exposed surfaces of concrete to be gunited all as specefied and applying two layers of guniting over steel welded mesh 2 mm dia of wire and aperture 75 mm, total thickness of guniting not exc 40 mm (Avg thickness) in Cement mortar (1:2) using OPC 53 grade cement mixed with polycreate mixture @2% by weight of cement or as per menufacturer instructions and finally applying cement plaster over gunite surface of required thickness to give even uniform and smooth finishes confirming to proper geometrics in CM 1:3 to match the existing surfaces as in sides, soffits of the slabs, chajja, fins, facia, parapets, lintels, columns and beams etc complete including necessary scaffolding, shuttering, necessary chasing to brick work or RCC members at any hieght up to G+7 buildings including removal of all small trees/shurbs etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate also includes for necessary scaffolding/Jhoola work to carry out work upto a height G+7 floor.

M&L cleaning open the cracks and widen the cracks to from a 'V' shaped groove. Clean the area throughly to free it from dust and loose particles. It is recommended to use a cutter for opened cracks, use paint water-based Smart Care seal is a ready to use fiber glass reinforced crack filling compound for both interior and exterior surfaces. It ensure unmatched crack bridging ability for plaster cracks of upto 3mm with the following steps :- Step-1 first coat smartcare crack seal putty knife/trowl recoating period 4-6 Hrs. Step-2 second coat smatcare crack seal putty knife/trowl recoating period 4-6 Hrs. Level the wall using paints wall putty and continue normal painting using primer and topcoat. Detail :- (a) From - Ready to use paste (b) Density at 25 degrees celsius (c) Drying time - minimum 6 hours depending on temperature and humidity. (d) Flash point - crack seal is a water based which is not flammable (e) Consumption - 75-80 running feet/kg/2coats (3mm wide and 5mm deep) drying time to touch 6-8 hours. (f) Apply crack seal at least 3 CM eitherside of the crack for better adhesion. (g) Apply an additional coat of crack seal in case of severe dampness. Note :- 1. Rate also includes for necessary scaffolding/Jhoola work to carry out work upto a height of G+7 floor. 2. The application will be done by the specialist agency. MOU will be done by the contractor with the OEM.

M& L in repair for preparation of surface for application of water based epoxy resin coating of waterproofing for internal wall dampness and filling of cracks over & including CM (1:4) and making the surface smooth and finish complete all as specifiedwith the following steps :- Note : (a) Complete removal of treatment/plaster(where needed) on internal walls and preparation of surface after rendering with CM(1:4) for application and making the surface wet .(b) Apply first coat of Dr. fixit Dampguard in ratio(1U base:1U hardner:1U water) in one direction and leaving the coat to dry for 6 to 8 hrs.(c) Apply second coat of Dr. fixit dampguard in ratio(1U base:1U hardner:1U water) in perpendicular direction to the first coat applied and leaving the surface to dry for 24 hrs. Material: Dr. fixit Dampguard or equivalent complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for clearing away all grass, cleaninig/brooming to terrace floor, vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, digging out roots, filling holes and levelling ground, and removing rubbish outside the MoD periphery of the area under clearance upto a distance of 10KM complete all as specified and directed. Notes :-(a) The cleaning of grass/vegitable/brushed growing to be cleaned upto 7 (Seven) storey and making good with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 and finishing the surface to match the exisitng surface complete all as spceified and directed by Engr-in-Change (b) Rate also includes necessary scaffolding, tools & plants to carry out the job upto a height G+7 floor.

Cleaning and removing of all dust and paint splashes from the windows/window glasses of high rise building with water/suitable chemical whereever reqd ,upto a height of G+7 floor.Note : Rate also includes necessary scaffolding/Jhoola works, tools & plants to carry out the work/job upto a height G+7 floor.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls, raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate also includes for necessary scaffolding/Jhoola work to carry out work upto a height G+7 floor.

M&L for 10mm thick cement plaster on brick/concrete surface in CM 1:4 finished even and fair surface without using extra cement mixing with liquid WPC complete all as specified.
