Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 18 cm deep and getting out soft /loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Hardcore (broken stone) of guage exc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete in foundations, type D- 2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) filling and mass concrete as in flooring complete as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick of Cement concrete type B- 1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) finished even & smooth without using extra cement & concrete laid in pannels complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as direccted.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide & n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sq m on plan & n exc 1.5m in depth & getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork (flat) to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; verticle or to batter rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete in surface channels and drains Type B2 1:2:4 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel inner girth not exceeding 30cm in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, mould mitered stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Forming 20mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A' for 100 mm thick concrete slab complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound of Grade 'A' complete as specified and as directed.
