Proposed Renovation of Existing Workshop Building at ITI Bokaro, Chas, Jharkhand

Providing designation 100 A brick work with fly ash lime brick (FLAG) confirming to IS 12894-1990 (9"x4.5"x3") in C.M. (1:6) in foundation and plinth with approved uality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including providing 10mm thick mortar joints, cost of screening materials, raking out joints to 15mm depth, curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing designation 112mm thick reinforcement designtion 100 A brick work with fly ash lime brick (FLAG) confirming to IS 12894-1990 (9"x4.5"x3") in C.M. (1:4) in supertructure with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including cost of screening materials scaffoliding raking out joints to 15mm depth curing taxesand royalty ( but excluding theb cost of reinforcement) all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and laying position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work up to plinth level. 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Making plith protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coase sand ( zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15" landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Suspended Floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

Providing Toe steel reinforcement of following dia rods as approved design and drawing excluding carriage of M.S. bars to work site, cutting, bending and binding with annealed wire with cost of wire, removal of rust, placing the rods in position all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. TMT Fe 500 (Only Valid for SAIL, TATA Steel, JSPL, Electro Steel Ltd. and Vizal Steel) 12mm to 25 mm

S/F M.S. grill made of 20 x 6mm M.S. flat / Square bar as per approved design and drawing, properly fabricated with joints continous fillet welded and finished smooth, carriage of grill to work site, hoisting as per building specification and direction ofE/I.
