Taking down existing water proofing treatment incl PCC padding and screed bed complete of any description from RCC roof slab by scraping by means of MS scrapper patty or by any suitable tools until the concrete surface of the slab visible and removal of rubbish off the premises as directed to a distance not exc 100 mtr all as complete specified and as directed.

M&L for 50mm thick (average thickness) PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) laid on roof slab finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions laid over roof slab finished even and smooth without using extra cement whilst the concrete is still green complete specified and as directed. Note : WPC compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for APP polymeric water proofing membrane 4.00 Kg per sqm and min 4 mm thick reinforce with polyster non wooven fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid over roof surface with 100 mm over lap and including vertical surfaces upto required height and tucking into grooves and sealing complete with thermofusion, torch application over compatible bitumen primer at 0.40 ltr/sqm including bituminious aluminium paint @ 0.3 kg per sqm including cleaning surfaces all as instructed as per manufacturer and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface or stone surfaces in CM 1:4 to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement using WPC as per manufacturing instruction complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface or stone surfaces in cm 1:6 to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement as in ceiling, soffits of slab complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L two coats of distermpering walls with distemper oil emulsion over a coat of chalk whiting on newly plastered wall surfaces including preparation of Priming plastered and other surfaces with alkaliresistant priming paint surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coat of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whiting including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M&L three coats of white wash on newly plastered ceiling surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down steel tubing 15 mm bore and connection including cleaning for re-fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 15mm bore medium grade glavanised tubes with all fittings and fixed complete to walls etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old 15 mm bore steel tubing and connection in new or old position (Wall, ceiling or floors etc) of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.
