Providing RCC 1:1.5:3 50 mm thickness using OP cement with 6 mm to 10 mm chips machine crushed HBG metal including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete - excluding cost of reinforcement and form work.

Supplying & providing RTS/ MS rod including cutting, bending, tying and fixing in position as per specification including binding wires, cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Plastering with CM 1:3, 12 mm thick including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc., complete.

Dismantling the existing floor tiles including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc., complete.

Flooring with following ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) base mortar over the existing slab/ floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg/Sq.m etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

White washing one coat with shell lime including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, scaffolding, curing, etc. complete.

Providing two coats of Acrylic distemper of approved quality, brand & colour for old ceiling & inner wall surfaces including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, thorough cleaning of surface, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Providing and fixing in position of aluminium anodized glazed single leaf door with inner frame section using 45x45x2mm for top and middle and vertical, door frame section using 100x45x2mm for door and shutter bottom with 5mm thick plain glass with sun control film on top and bottom using aluminum anodized beading with all necessary standard hardwires such as handle, tower bolts, safety rod with full thread locking arrangement hardware make or equivalent hydraulic door closer with double speed adjustment including 1 No etc., complete including cost of all materials labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Providing sun control film to the glass panes as instructed by the Engineer at site, rate including cost of film transporting and fixing it over the glass panes smoothly with all lead, lift, labour, T & P, etc., complete.

Providing false ceiling with Thermocool 25mm thick over the Aluminium section 25x25x1.6mm (T & L angle) with 50cm c/c in one direction 100cm c/c in another direction with 6mm dia M.S. rod as stiffener at a distance of 1.25m c/c including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, scaffolding charges etc., complete.

Supplying and providing 6mm wired glass for windows after replacement of damaged glasses including fixing all other accessories such as 8mm U channel screws glass putty including cost of labour charges, lead, lift etc., complete.

Providing and fixing in position anodised aluminium fixed glazed partition of approved manufacturer with 65 x 38x 2mm section on top and bottom vertical frame all fitting fixtures confirming to relevant IS to ensure smooth operation and top glazed with 5mm thick plain glass panels and bottom with 12mm thick prelaminated particle board (Novopan sheets ) panels fixed using anodized aluminium beadings and rubber lining with standard hardwares including cost of all materials , labour, lead, lift etc., complete

Providing and fixing of anodised aluminium partition works with 65 x 38mm aluminium section as frame with 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board (Novapan sheet) panels fixed using anodized aluminium beading and rubber lining with standard hardwares including cost of all materials , labour charges, all leads, lifts etc., complete

Replacing the worn out Thermocoal Sheet with new Thermocoal 25mm thick over the existing Aluminium section 25 x 25 x 1mm (T & L angle) with 50cm c/c in one direction 100cm c/c in another direction with 6mm dia M.S. rod as stiffner at a distance of 1.25m c/c including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, scaffolding charges etc., complete.

Painting with approved quality Varnish wood work two coats including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, labours, lead, lift, etc., complete.
