Conveying of dismantling asphalt/ debries/ earth/ rubbish materials by truck and dumping the same within a lead of 14 KM as directed by EIC including cost of labour charges, hire charges of truck including POL and operator, minor tools, LWC, GST etc, complete.

Earthwork excavation in foundation trenches and column and plinth etc. in all kinds of soil lead up to 100m and lift up to 1.5m including stacking the excavated earth not more than 3m from the edge of excavation and then returning the soil in 15cm layers when required in plinths and sides of the foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layers by watering, ramming and the disposing of all surplus excavated soil in a lead of 30mtrs as directed by the engineer, including cost of all labour charges , cost of minor tools, GST, labour welfare cess etc. complete.

Supplying and filling in plinth with Quarry Dust under floors including ramming, consolidating and dressing, cost of all labour charges, cost of minor tools, GST, labour welfare cess etc. complete

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement, three Pulverised sand and six stone metal of 40mm size of local quarry) for below footing, plinth beam, etc as directed by the EIC, including cost of nominal centering & shuttering charges, cost of cement, pulverised sand, stone metal, screening & washing of both the aggregate, mixing, placing, curing, GST,LWC,etc,complete.

Providing and laying RCC 1:1.5:3 with 20mm size stone chips (one cement, one and half mainland river sand & three stone chips of size 2 cm graded from Port Blair quarry) in all RCC works as directed by the EIC, including cost of cement, stone chips and mainland river sand, screening and washing of both the aggregates, mixing concrete, conveying the concrete, placing in position, consolidation with vibrator, curing, all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to work site, cost of minor tools, hire charges of mixer machine and vibrator, GST, LWC etc,complete.

Providing and fixing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position cost of binding wire, minor tools,GST & LWC etc, complete.

Providing from work including centering & shuttering so as to give a rough finish, strutting and propping etc, and removal of the same from reinforced cement concrete and plain concrete work as directed by the EIC, including cost of centering and shuttering, all LWC, GST, cost of binding materials,cost of transportation charges of all material to work site, cost of ballies, cost of minor tools, etc, complete.

Providing and laying 12mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement, 4 mainland river sand) including cost of cement, river sand, all labour charges, cost of minor tools, transportation charges, scaffolding charges, GST, LWC etc, complete.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 mainland river sand, 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, cost of cement, stone aggregate, scaffolding charges, transportation charges of all materials to work site, all labour charges minor tools, GST, labour welfare cess etc complete, but excluding the cost of missing of steps etc, complete.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, using structural steel etc.as required in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladders, rallings, brackets, gates & similar works, including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, LWC & GST etc., complete..

Providing and laying of G.I fitting of various size of ISI mark, including cost of Earthwork excavation, cost of all material, transportation of all material to work site, all labour charges, minor tools, etc, complete.
