Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubing down with water etc.and removing from the campus

Demolition of Brick Work/concrete/Stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar as in drain/compound wall etc of any description including cleaning the serviceable boulder and stacking at site for reuse.

Demolition concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level).

Demolition /breaking of drain pipes of any description set in CM 100 mm and disposing as directed

Demolition /breaking of drain pipes of any description set in CM 150 mm and disposing as directed

Demolition /breaking of drain pipes of any description set in CM 200 mm and disposing as directed

Dismantling wrought or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided for.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh,any type.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position (Manhole cover) not otherwise specifically provided for including cutting reinforcement to facilitate demolition of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation concrete.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B 1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 75 mm type C2,1:3:6 in flooring/plinth protection using 40mm graded aggregate finished smooth without using extra cement

M&Lstone walling of random rubble uncoursed,well bounded,bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 brought up to course.

All as per item No 14 above but except stone. Note :- Old stone boulders retrieved under item No 03 above shall be used.

M&L for extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to granite face stones and dressing of face beds and joints as specified,hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface nexc 40 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removal of excavated material exc 250m but up to a distance of 1.5 km and depositing where directed

S& F Mild steel work in fencing post and struts made out of angle iron including cutting to length, shape as required noching, drilling hohes for fixing wire etc and embedding in concrete(concrete measured seperately).

S&F mild steel framed work in doors,gates incl necessary welding,cutting,notching complete

Supply only chain link galvanised steel wire fencing made out of 4mm dia wire and weight not less than 3.0 Kg per Sqm, 75X75mm mesh size to 100mm aparture complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc; including provision of 4mm dia binding wire complete.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair face brick wall finished even and smooth without usingh extra cement CM 1:6

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair face of brick surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement in cm 1:4

M&L for rendering 20mm thick on fair face stone walls finished even and smooth without usingh extra cement CM 1:6

M&L for two coats cement base paint on newly plastered surfaceses of wall including preparation of surface and priming with alkali resistant paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Keyed pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble stone masonry in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken glass coping on top of walls including providing 25mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 using broken glass approximately 63mm gauge, embeded firmly in cement mortar at the rate of 10kg of glass per sqm of rendered surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia bars at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rail, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised MS wire staples or steel pins etc Note:- Each line wire to be measured

M&L Two coat of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide ,primer including prepration of new steel surfaces.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in sub base for flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only fine aggregate (sand) for laying machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and no pigment any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Chequered cement concrete tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 22 to25mm thick (with grey cement and no pigments) set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor,laid over and incl 15mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:4,laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles/slab incl cutting, rubbing, grinding complete all as specified. .

Opening and cleaning of obstruction /blockage in water closet,including trap,soil waste pipe,upto 1st manhole incase of ground floor or upto tee junction for other floors including removing access door and refixing in position after removing mud,sludge/silt,liquid mud and foreign materials etc and removing/depositing the same outside the premises and flushing with water complete all as specified and directed.

Opening and cleaning of obstruction /blockage in floor trap for urinal or wash hand basin or sink including waste pipe and gully trap in case of ground floor or up to tee junction for other floors including removing access door and refixing in position after removing mud,sludge/silt,liquid mud and foreign materials etc and removing/depositing the same outside the premises and flushing with water complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of the blocked sewage lines by rodding between Man holes in any depth, cleaning and removing muck/sludge /liquid mud (in foul position) from pipes including testing of pipes by filling with water complete for 100mm bore pipe

All as per item No 51 here in before but 150mm bore pipe

Cleaning of Man holes/chambers by removing muck/sludge/liquid mud etc ( in foul position) upto 1 Mtr depth including taking off manhole covers and refixing the same in position upto 1 Mtr depth of any size of Man holes
