Operation and maintenance of Electrical installations and area lightings

Attending routine operation and maintenance of all electrical installation in DSS office building , ticketting counter's , passenger halls , ACC towers , DSS jetty area, parking area and pathway area's and all electrical appliances and fixtures including replacing the fused tubes, bulbs, chocks, starter, capacitor, MCCB , MCB's switch boards, switches, ceiling fans, area lights, Panel boards, pillar boxes, giving minor/temporary wire connectios, power cable puncture repairs, switching on and off all area lightings and any other emegency works etc., complete excluding all electrical materials required for replacement which will be supplied on free of cost by the department but including cost of all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to the work site, minor tools and plants etc complete. (Including GST & Labour cess)

Painting of the pillar box and panel board of DSS Complex etc.complete with one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel colour paint as per direction of EIC including the cleaning the surface to be painted, cost of primer, paint, thinner, labour charges, minor tools and transportation charges, GST & Labour cess etc, complete.

Operation of 500 KVA Diesel Generator at DSS complex. Whenever the electricity department power failure in all working days, Sundays and holidays including the operation of control panel for providing smooth power supply to various sections in DSS area, ticketing counter for providing uninterrupted power supply for two shifts etc. Attending minor repairs to the electrical installations as and when required and as directed by the EIC including cost of all labour charges, minor tools and plants etc. complete. (Including GST & Labour cess)
