Dismantling of ceiling fan 1200 /1400 mm sweep, (any make and type , taking out rotor, removing all coils (burnt and alive), rewinding all the coils with suitable size super enamelled copper wire ISI marked including all packing materials, insulating materials, varnishing, greasing, oil, re-assembling, split pins, body/blade screws and testing on full speed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 1 here- in- before but exhaust fans up to and incl. 230/300 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No 1 here-in-before but exhaust fans of sweep more than 300 mm and upto 480 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No 1 here-in-before but wall fans fans of sweep up to 450 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of gun metal bush suitable for ceiling fans, exhaust fans and wall fans of any makes/size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of ball bearing of suitable for ceiling fans/wall fans/exhaust fans/desert cooler motor of any size/make complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of capacitor 2.5 mfd, 230 Volts + 5% dry type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 07 here-in-before but 3.15 mfd complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of ceiling fan blade ( Set of 3) of 1200 mm sweep ceiling fan including nuts, washers etc complete all as specified and directed suitable for any make of fan. (white/Browm colour/as per site requirement) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Serial item No 13 here-in-before but for 1400 mm sweep ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Turning, grinding and making good seat to ball bearing in proper position ( Ball bearing not included in this item ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and connecting flexible copper wire Cable flexible of copper wire 0.5 sq mm (white colour) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing as in repair louvers made out of 0.63 mm galvanised iron sheet for Exhaust Fan of any make and size upto 300 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing down rod for ceiling fans made out of MS pipe 15mm bore medium grade 60 cm long duly threaded, holes drilled and spray painted with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Spray painting on outside body of the ceiling fan incl blades any size with synthetic enamel paint (white colour) including scrapping existing paint and incl writing MES Number with black paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Spray painting on outside body of the exhaust fan incl blades any size with synthetic enamel paint (smoke gray colour) including scrapping wxisting paint and incl writing MES Number with black paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down desert cooler fixed at any position cleaning internally and externally by scraping all scales dirt etc and repair to desert cooler to stop any type of leakage, tightening & replacing of screws, nuts and bolts etc all as directed including painting of desert cooler with spray machine with synthetic enamel hammer tone paint over one coat of red oxide primer and refixing of the desert cooler after necessary oiling and greasing of fan and water lifting pump complete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement of water lifting pump, 230 volt 50 C/S single phase suitable for desert coolers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and replacement wood wool pads of suitable size and providing wire netting of GI wire 1.4 mm dia 25 mm mesh for holding pads complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and replacement high density polythene pipe 15 mm dia for desert coolers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out old, unserviceable fan motor from the desert cooler and rewinding with supper enamel winding copper wire of suitable size varnishing etc including replacement of bushes, bearings, washers etc. and assembling testing and refixing in existing position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement complete steel body of desert cooler of capacity 4000 cfm with front grill, side & back panels duly spray painted with synthetic enamel hammer tone paint over one coat of red oxide primer including dismantling and refixing the old parts i.e fan motor, pump etc in new body, replacing the defective wires, PVC pipes and water distributor, making connections and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The body of desert cooler will be fabricated as under :- (a) The top and bottom made out of 1.25 mm thick GI sheet. (b) Side panels (set of three) made out of 1.00 mm thick GI sheet. (c) Front grill of suitable size and of approved quality

Supply & replacement Air direction grill of suitable size with name plate made of iron including fixing to the desert cooler body by means of nut & bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & replacement of ready made PVC copper wire lead of 2 mtr length with 3 pin plug top 5 Amp having Single Phase, Neutral & earth wire of size .75 sqmm including connecting fan motor to regulator/switch complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & replacement of regulator knob type switch, 3 step control of speed of Desert cooler motor 230 volts, 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & replacement of 5 A switch of fan motor & water lifting pump 230 volts, 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & replacement of exhaust fan motor holding clamps made out of iron of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & replacement of motor holding ring made of metal fixing with nut bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & replacement of side & rear panes (1.0 mm GI sheet) made of iron of suitable size for desert cooler complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & replacement of metal body bottom water storage tank of suitable size (storage cap 40 ltr) for desert cooler duly painted with two coats including fixing/riveting to the existing upper body of desert cooler complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & replacement of Elbow PVC to the existing water PVC pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & replacement of PVC water distributor (three mouth type) including fixing to the body of desert coller complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & replacement PVC Fan Blades of superior quality (having 3 branches) including fixing to the desert cooler motor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out old, unsv exhaust fan motor holding frame, S&F in replacement metal frame suitable for upto 300 mm sweep exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
