Disconnecting the Centrifugal pump of capacity 30 HP of any make and model from motor and all water /electrical connections and removing/taking up from foundation, taking to civil authorised dealer workshop for repair/strip opening and repairing of pumping sets by changing the defective/unserviceable parts such as bearing, shaft, impeller, bush, Gland plate etc. complete. Reassembling including oiling, greasing replacement of worn out nuts, bolts, gasket etc, and re-fixing in its original position at site, making all connections, commissioning and testing for smooth and noise free operation etc complete all as specified and as directed .

Notes :- (i). Rewinding, Stator assembly, Rotor assembly, body,Ball bearing, shaft, impeller, bush, Gland plate and stuffing box packing, Cooling tube with Banjo nut, O ring, Shoulder ring , Gasket Packing, Vent valve, Gland rope and Set of rubber oil seal etc will be replaced if required and cost for the items shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items in this BOQ as supply only. (iii) The T & P/vehicles for transportation of centrifugal pump will be arranged by the contractor and the cost in this effect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item by the contractor.

Reassembling including oiling, greasing replacement of worn out nuts, bolts, gasket etc, and re-fixing in its original position at site, making all connections, commissioning and testing for smooth and noise free operation etc complete all as specified and as directed .

Reassembling including oiling, greasing replacement of worn out nuts, bolts, gasket etc, and re-fixing in its original position at site, making all connections, commissioning and testing for smooth and noise free operation etc complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for Re winding of 3 phase submersible/centrifugal pump set motor of any capacity and any make by removing burnt copper winding and rewinding with supper enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge, size and number of turns, providing insulating materials such as nylon tape, varnishing and baking testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed..

Dismantling and taking out submersible pump set of any type / size from deep bore well/open well up to 30 metre depth including dismantling of bowl assembly of any type / size and cleaning, descaling, painting inner/ outer to anticorrosive paint and reassembling after necessary repair /overhauling and lowering making proper alignment and connecting to water source , testing and commissioning for available yield for the entire satisfaction of EIC complete all as specified and as directed..(Note:Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items in this schdule)

Dismantling and taking out centrfugal pump set of any type / size from foundation including dismantling of bowl assembly of any type / size of cleaning, decaling, painting inner/ outer to anticorrosive paint and reassembling after necessary repair /overhauling andlowering making proper alignment and connecting to water source , testing and commissioning for available yield for the entire satisfaction of EIC complete all as specified and as directed..(Note:Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items in this schdule)
