M&L for cleaning of sewage line manhole to manhole by rodding and well flushing with water and removing muddy soil/sludge to a distance of 100 Mtr and buried into pits complete including sprinkling of bleaching powder over there all as specified and directed for 100/150 mm dia sewage line complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Labour only for cleaning of liquide sludge form septic tank / soak well to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr to drain out through open drains or spread over open space complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&LTaking out sludge including effluent from septic tank/manhole/digestion chamber, mechanically by sewage dispensor/bowser and disposed off outside the campus and burried into pits complete including sprinkling of bleaching powder over there complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from the PVC over head tanks of capacity exceeding 500 ltrs but not exceeding 1000 ltrs using good quality detergent, bleaching powder and water complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge and writing the following "TANK CLEANED/ CHANGED ON ".

All as per item No 4 above here-in-before but capacity upto 500 ltrs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning of blockage of WCs, bathrooms & blocked sewage line upto first man holes etc day to day basis as per complain slip received from concerned AGE B/R darbhanga located at cell on all working days from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs only by manually (including all necessary T &P) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Contarctor shall provide minimum 01 Nos labour on concerned AGE B/R located at Darbhanga . In case the contractor fails to provide the requiste no labour with in three days of demand by the department. a penalty @ Rs. 800/- per labour shall be recovered from the contractor complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub-class “b” bricks, strai;ght or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cm (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M/L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel drain complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing cement or lime plaster and preparation of surfaces of walls of any description incl racking out joints backing for scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge..

M&L 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work in cm (1:6) and finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in drain covers, cover slabs etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L mild steel TMT bar of 6 to 8mm dia over cut length bent to shape reqd including cranking bending spirally for hopping for columns looking end and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 09 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.50m wide and n exc 1.50m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in tranches or in floor or in wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge..

M&L cencrete bed to drain pipes including forming cradles in cement concrete 1:3:6 type c2 100mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
