M&L for earthing complete with GI steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to GI wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel including necessary earth work and excavation of in any type of strata, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 GI tubing 20 mm dia for watering and 15mm dia GI tubing for protection of wire etc all as per electrical plate No.3 of SSR part I including connecting to electrical equipments and testing on completion. Note : GI earth wire upto 7.5 RM is included in the unit rate quoted.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing exhaust fan 300mm sweep(metal body), heavy duty, 230 volts with louvers including making suitable size of hole in the wall suit the fixing of new exhaust fan and making the disturbed surface good as per existing all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing integrated LED Bulk Head fitting surface/ceiling mounted round/square type with LED 10 watts ,IP 65 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing wall mount fan 400mm sweep (ISI marked) 230 volts including dismantling of old one depositing in MES store yard all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing Brushless DC Motor (BLDC) ceiling fan 1200mm sweep, 5 star rated (ISI Marked), 230 volts least power consuming fan of 26W, having PCB Housing in the bottom canopy including connection rod as per existing size of length of GI pipe medium grade complete and disconnecting the old ceiling fan all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling fan down rod 750 mm long including shakle all as specified and as directed.

Taking down ceiling fan from any height and refixing the same after painting and providing new flexible wire from ceiling rose to ceiling fan complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rate of painting and flexible wire deemed to be included the rate quoted.

Schedule 'A' Part III- EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exc 1.5m in depth getting out in hard/dense soil for taking down UG cable any size all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exc 1.5 in depth getting out soft disintegrated rock for taking down UG cable of any size all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sand cushion in trenches for cable protection complete all as directed and as specified. Note : Punned down thickness of sand only shall be measured.

Supply and lay PCC cable cover class LV type I flat size 250mm x150mmx40mm with ISI mark all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in thick using excavated hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing UG LT cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor multistandardedof size 50 sqmm 4 core including centre gland, lugs, jointing materials etc laid in trenches or fixed it to wall and taking down old unserviceable cable all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying GI Pipe light grade of 50 mm dia laid in trenches or fixed in walls complete all as specified and as directed.
