Operation and Comprehensive Maintenance Contract(CMC) of Central Heating System installed at VIP Hut no. 1(Bobby Hut) Pahalgam of Hospitality and Protocol Department for the year 2023-24. The job also includes operation of central heating system for a period of 30 days during the period 01-01-2024 to 15-03-2024 (as an when required) which comprises of:

Providing of skilled operator (01 person per shift) for smooth operation of central heating system round the clock as per the labour law.

Comprehensive Maintenance Contract(CMC) of central heating system for a period of 2.5 months for the year 2023-24 which comprises of: i) Provision for various consumables like Dhoti cloth, Grease, insulation tapes, gland packing etc necessary during smooth operation of central heating system. ii) Provision of replacement of various spares like electrodes photocells, nozzles,oil pumps,sequence controller damage during the period etc. iii) Provision of replacement of various capacities of contactors, relays, timers, fuses etc for panel and sub panel damaged during the period. iv) Provision of overhauling of raw pumps, oil transfer pumps, circulation pumps etc of various capacities damaged during the period. v) Provision for servicing of electrical motors of various capacities including impregnation, varnishing damaged during the period. vi)The job is exclusive of any major replacement of equipment’s of central heating system such as Boilers, Mixing tank, Radiators, Sequence Controllers, Transformer etc.
