Supply and fix 40mm thick second class hard wood plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

M & L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for fair finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for formwork to sides and soffits of beams chajjas and the like for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

S&F, 32mm waste coupling of PTMT (half or full threaded) (minimum weight 40mm-60 gms) with PVC waste pipe for wash hand basin fixed in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F, 40mm waste coupling of PTMT (half or full threaded) (minimum weight 40mm-60 gms) for sink fixed in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces including mixing with water proofing compound and finishing of surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.
