Excavation in foundation in Ordinary Soil (Loam Clay or Sand) Including Lift upto 1.50mtr. And Lead upto 30 mtr and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth in to the trench or into the space between the building and sites of foundation trunches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earht edge directed by the Engineer in Charge of 30 mtr from the foundation trunches. as per Sl.No. 251 (Ch-4)

E/w in filling in plinth but cartage of earth distance 4.00 k.m. as per analysis

Cement concrete with 4cm guage approved brick ballast approved fine sand, cement in the proportion of 12:6:1 I/c supply of all material T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. As per Sl.No. 273 Ch-5

First class brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand of 2.25 FM Mortar in foundation plinth including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per Sl.No. 305 NS Ch-6)

12 mm cement plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement & coarse sand of single coat for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers and rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth etc. as per Sl.No. 2 (13.4) Ch- 13

Cement concrete with 2cm guage approved stone grit approved coarse sand, cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 I/c supply of all material T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. As per Sl.No. 279 (a) Ch-5

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from road i/c removal of rubbish etc.disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground ,for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 meter lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge as per ch-25,si.no.36

Laying old cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/shape laid in required line,level curvature,colour and pattern over and i/c 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand ,filling the joints with fine sand etc.all complete as per the direction of Engineer -in -charge etc. as per ch-25,si.no.35

Construction of Granular Sub-base by providing Well graded material, Spreading in uniform Layers With Motor Grader on prepared surface,Mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC , and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, compacting as per technical specification clause 401.

Providing and laying of interlocking concrete block pavement having thickness 80 mm as per drawings and technical specification clause 1504. (Exclusive G.S.B.) as per ch-25,si.no.34

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm guage approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in Lintels of Doors and WIndows Excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWGGI binding wire and including necessary shuttering and centering etc. and also including supply of all material labour and T&P etc. require for proper completion of the work binding wire cost beaing including in the item but for Slabs as per Sl.No. 284 NS Ch-5

Mild Steel or Iron in plain work such as Reinforced Concrete or Reinforcement brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including benefit for proper completion of work and including supply of all steel and wastage and overlapping and hooks etc. as per Sl.No. 504 Ch-10
