10 SWG COPPER WIRE — Supply and fixing 10 SWG copper wire for earthing connection to pumps, canopy columns etc.

EARTHING PIT- PIPE — Providing pipe electrode earthing as per IS 3043 and attached drawing including excavation of depth 3.75 m, supplying and fixing pipe electrode of size 50 mm dia heavy duty (wall thickness 4.5 mm) GI pipe with funnel for wateing, wire mesh, GI flat (50x6 mm) collar joined to pipe using 50x6 mm strip and GI nut bolts with bitumen coating as per drawing, filling the pit with alternate layers of charcoal and salt, back filling, constructing 230 mm thick Brick Masonry chamber 400(length)x400(width)x400 (depth) mm internal size with plastering 10 mm thick and embedded 50 mm dia PVC conduit openings at two places packed with jute soaked in bitumen at the entrances, 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 at the bottom of chamber, providing CI cover with CI frame in hinge arrangement covering full opening, grouting the cover frame in PCC 1:2:4 bed 230x75 mm, painting two coats of approved colour synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc. complete. Rate includes carrying out earth resistance testing of the earth pit provided, submitting report and painting resistance, test date and pit identification no. on cover top.Job also includes supply,fixing of MS sheet name/ID plate for earthing pit including painting etc as per the prevailing norms of IS/BIS / as per the direction of EIC. Size 300mmX200mm and 1.2 mm thick with MS flat/square bar for grouting.

STRUCTURAL STEEL — Supplying , erecting and fixing in position Pre- fabricated steel structures at all elevations for Canopy using structural steel sections ISMB/ISMC/ISA conforming to IS:2062 , including cutting, welding or bolting, supply of bolts/nuts/washers etc., complete as per drawings including surface preparation and applying one coat of Zinc Phosphate Primer before erection, one coat after erection and two coats of synthetic enamel paint as per specification after erection and all materials and labour complete. ( No welding is permitted at site). The rate quoted shall include cost of bolts, nuts, washers, welding and electrodes and any other consumables required for completing the work. Nutbolts shall not be considered for payment.Theoretical wight of steel sections shall be considered for payment.

REINFORCEMENT STEEL — Supply ,fabrication, hoisting and placing in position HYSD reinforcement bars conforming to IS1786 -Latest Edition Minimum Grade FE 415 or higher grade TMT bars of same grade as per detailed drawing and specifications including cutting, bending, cranking and tying with 18 SWG black annealed binding wire complete. The rates shall be applicable for all heights and depths. Payment shall be made as per reinforcement drawings and with theoretical weights only including all authorised laps. No paymenst shall be made for chairs, spacers & hooks.Weight of Binding wire shall not be considered for payment.

MS FASCIA — Supplying and fixing 20 SWG GI sheet facia including painting with one coat of zinc chromate primer and two coats of 1 st quality synthetic enamel paint on front side . Necessary facia framework for fastening the sheet to the canopy securely shall be paid separately.
