SH -I: DSITC of Lightning Protection System

Item No. 1: Supply of single spike air terminals of 10 mm dia. & 1000 mm length as required and as per site conditions. The air terminal shall be manufactured with aluminium & shall be as per IEC 62561-2.

Item No. 2: Roof Conductor for Parapet & Mesh: Supply of 8 mm dia aluminium round conductor for air termination network at roof and shall meet the requirement of IEC 62561-2.

Item No. 3: Supply of Parapet & Mesh conductor holder for holding of 8 mm dia. round conductor (for metallic shed). The conductor holder shall be Z-type metal shed holder and as per IEC 62561-4.

Item No. 4: Supply of Bridging cable to connect air termination rod with any metallic structure on the roof. (500 mm).

Item No. 5: Supply of Straight - Connector for making straight joint of 8 mm aluminium Conductor to 8 mm dia aluminium conductor on parapet wall, roof and vertical facade of masonry/glass/metallic work.

Item No. 6: Supply of T-Connector for making Tee joint of 8 mm aluminium Conductor to 8 mm dia aluminium conductor on parapet wall, roof and vertical facade of masonry / glass / metallic work.

Item No. 7: Supply of X-Connector for making Cross joint of 8 mm aluminium Conductor to 8 mm dia aluminium conductor on parapet wall, roof and vertical facade of masonry/glass/metallic work.

Item No. 8: Installation of single spike air terminals of 10 mm dia. & 1000 mm length as required and as per site conditions. The air terminal shall be fixed in the metal stand with the help of nut and bolt, suitable for mounting the terminals as per site condition. For further connection with round conductor provision of connecting clamp is provided.

Item No. 9: Installation of 8 mm dia aluminium round conductor for air termination network on roof.

Item No. 10: Installation of Parapet & Mesh conductor holder for holding of 8 mm dia. round conductor (for metallic shed). The conductor holder should be installed at every 1 mtr.

Down Conductor:

Item No. 15: Supply of 8 mm dia aluminium round conductor for Down conductors and it shall meet the requirements of IEC 62561-2.

Item No. 16: Supply of Wall Conductor holder for holding 8 mm dia. round conductor (for RCC wall). The conductor holder shall be made with SS clamp mounted on plastic base support & as per IEC 62561-4.

Item No. 17: Supply of Test Clamp to disconnect the down conductor from the earth termination network for regular checks of the earth termination resistance value (with enclosure).

Item No. 18: Supply of Expansion piece made of 8mm dia. Aluminium & as per IEC 62561-2 along with suitable connecting accessory.

Item No. 19: Lightning Strike counter Model: Supply of 6D for counting the number of lightning strikes without any power supply. The Counter should be mounted on the Down Conductor. The Lightning Counter should be IP65 rated enclosure suitable for external application.

Item No. 20: Installation of 8 mm dia aluminium round conductor for Down conductors to be installed on vertical façade of masonry/glass/ metallic work.

Item No. 21: Installation of Wall Conductor holder for holding 8 mm dia. round conductor (for RCC wall). The conductor holder should be installed at every 1 mtr.

Item No. 22: Installation of Test Clamp to disconnect the down conductor from the earth termination network for regular checks of the earth termination resistance value (with enclosure).

Item No. 23: Installation of Expansion piece made of 8mm dia. Aluminium & along with suitable connecting accessory. It shall be installed at every 20 mtr to maintain the flexibility to the conductor due to heat.

Item No. 24: Lightning Strike counter Model: Installation of 6D for counting the number of lightning strikes without any power supply. The Counter should be mounted on the Down Conductor. The Lightning Counter should be IP65 rated enclosure suitable for external application.

Earth Termination Network:

Item No. 25: Supply of Earthing termination made of copper-bonded rod of 10 feet length, 14.2 mm dia. (Minimum copper bonding shall be 0.25 mm) along with Rod-to-Conductor connectors, Earth enhancement material 30 kg, Pit Cover and other accessories as required and as per specification and other applicable codes.

Item No. 26: Supply of 10 mm CCS Conductor laid at 600 mm below the ground, as Required and as per specification and code of practice.

Item No. 27: Installation of Earthing termination made of copper-bonded rod of 10 feet length, 14.2 mm dia. (Minimum copper bonding shall be 0.25 mm) along with Rod-to-Conductor connectors, Earth enhancement material 30 kg, Pit Cover and other accessories as required.

Item No. 28: Installation of 10 mm CCS Conductor laid at 600 mm below the ground, as Required.

SH-II: Internal & External Electrification

Item No. 29: Supply of LT power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size aluminium conductor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured cable conforming to IS 7098 Part-1 1988 with up-to-date amendments as required.

Item No. 29.01: 4 x 4 Sqmm.

Item No. 29.02: 4 x 16 Sqmm.

Item No. 29.03: 4 x 25 Sqmm.

Item No. 30: Supplying and fixing following way, surface/recess mounting, vertical type, 415 V, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder pointed, inclusive of 200 As tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCB's (but without MCB's and incomer) as required.

Item No. 31: Supplying and fixing of medium class 32 mm PVC Conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Item No. 35: Supplying and drawing of 2 x 4 sq.mm + 1 x 4 sq.mm earth wire PVC Sheathed/ FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Item No. 36: Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 6 to 32 Amps MCB 'C' Curve 10 KA breaking capacity in the existing DB including all terminations like Phase Neutral earthing.

Item No. 37: Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 40 Amps Four Pole ISOLATOR in the existing DB including all terminations like Phase Neutral earthing.

Item No. 38: Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on cable tray as required. Up to 35 Sq.mm.

Item No. 39: Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on Wall surface as required.

Item No. 40: Supply and Installation following size of perforated painted with powder coating M.S cable trays bends with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connector, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc. as required. 100 mm width x 50 mm depth x 1.6 mm thickness.

Item No. 42: Supply, Fabrication and Installation of 500 mm long, 40 mm Dia. of “C” Class GI pipe bracket with 75 mm Dia. MS cape (to be fixed on the top of pole) with suitable arrangements including sockets, Brackets, nuts, bolts, painting etc., complete as required.

Item No. 43: Supply of LED Street Light with Wattage of 45 W made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficiency LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having Bottom Opening separate driver compartment with IP 66 protection, suitable to operate on single phase AC Supply completer as required.

Item No. 44: Installation of LED Street Light with Wattage of 45 W and New Junction Box with wiring of 3 core 1.5 Sq.mm FRLS wire on the existing pole/bracket complete with all connections as required.

Item No. 45: Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Analog time switch suitable for single phase, 40 Amps TP Contactor to be mounted in existing Panel for automatic switching of street lights at sunset & sun rise with manual override facility with 12/24-hour display format and indication for relay status i/c programming at site complete as required.

Item No. 46: Supply of IP 65 Sintex SMC Junction box size 300 x 200 x 105 mm with connector, nuts, bolts, etc. as required.

Item No. 47: Installation of Junction box with connector, nuts, bolts, etc. as required.

Item No. 48: Supply and making end termination with compression brass gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Item No. 49: Wiring for Light/ Power plug with 2 x 4 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit along with 1 No. 4 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Item No. 50: Wiring for Light/Power plug with 4 x 4 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit along with 2 Nos. 4 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.
