Scraping of old paint from the steel tubular/PCC pole 09/11 mtr height with out removing accessories and preparation of surfaces for repainting. Vacuum the compressor unit and testing of leakage and charging Gas of F-22 and topup the Gas F-22

Replacement of capacitor 45 mfd.

Replacement of filter dryer

Replacement sealed Comppresser Unit as per Existing Make. As per sample

Taking out the defective eletronic circuit board or PCB unit indoor unit of split type AC and supply and fix eletronic circuit board for split AC of capacity 1.5 /2TR of any exixting make and model or as per required at site

Taking out only burnt/unserviceable blower motor and replace the same with new (Company sealed) blower motor as per exiting size, specification and Make suitable for AC of capacity 1.5/2 Ton of any make and model as applicable and connectnig up all the system all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Taking out unserviceable evaporator coil and replace the same with new (company sealed) evaporator coil as per size, secification and make suitable for Ac of 1.5/2 ton of any make & model as applicable and connecting up all system with and including charging of refrigment (F-22) and testing complete to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Taking out unserviceable condenser coil and replace the same with new(company new) condenser coil as per exiting size, secification and make suitable for Ac of 1.5/2 ton of any make as applicable and up all the system eith and including charging of refrigrant (F-22) and testing complete to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting the Deep freezer cap 210/300 Ltr and refrigerator cap 165 to 310 Ltrs and repair the followings as required on site & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- Servicing the Refrigerator ,Deep freezer, Cleaning of condenser coil unit from Stand and inner unit complete

(b) Taking out unserviceable condenser coil and replace the same with new(company new) condenser coil as per exiting size, secification and make suitable for refrigerator of capacity 180/310 ltrs of any make as applicable with and including charging of refrigerant gas (F-12) and testing complete to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Vacuum the compressor unit and testing of leakage and charging Gas (F-12)

Replacement of capacitor or starting realy as suitable exsisting capacity.

Replacement of filter dryer pencil of any size

Replacement of cooling fan with electric motor-

Supply and fixng in replacement of compressor(sealed unit) as per existing size specification and make suitable for refrigerator of capacity 180/310 ltrs of any make as applicable and connecting up all the system with and including Relay & OLP and Re- gas charging of refrigerant and testing complete to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
