Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exeeding 1.50m in depth for foundations, trenches of cable or pipe lines etc or and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Sl Item No. 1.00 here-in-above but exeeding 1.5m in depth.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meters above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with coarse sand in trenches for protection of underground electric cable, spread to uniform 23 cm thickness and punned down gently to 18 cm after spreading over the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying well burnt sub class 'B' old size bricks, laid flat dry, in trenches with width of the bricks laid to the axis of cable for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting electrical connections & taking out old unsv UG cable of any size & type.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, Galvanized steel strip or wire armoured underground heavy duty electric power cable with stranded aluminum conductor 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches/duct/on pole including all necessary fizing arrangement such as lugs, glands end termination etc. of cross sectional area 120 Sqmm x 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in repair new Steel Tubular Poles complete with and including cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws, type 410 SP-31 (9.00 metres long), also including painting to the external exposed surfaces with 2 coats of aluminium paint over 1 coat of red oxide primer and with 2 coats of black bituminous paint over 1 coat of red oxide primer to the external exposed surfaces of steel poles embedded in the ground / concrete after preparation of the surfaces, numbering to the poles, including taking out of old unsv steel pole including all accessories complete in all respect complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The old unserviceable Excavation/earth work, concrete for foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

M&L for Providing PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in base foundation of the pole complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type B2(1:2:4) (using 40mm graded stone aggrgate) for pole foundation and copping of existing in any type of pole including provision of necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Dehydration/filtration of transformer oil of Capacity 100 KVA to 250 KVA with ultra high vacuum filteration machine and checking dielectric strength (BDV), dielectric dissipation factor, neutralizing value (total activity) 55-60 KV with 2.5 mm Gap sludge content, flush point of transformer oil from Standard Testing Laboratory all as specified .Refilling the transformer oil in the shell of transformer after carrying out filtration and heating up oil to achive reqd dielectric strength and submitting the test result before and after filteration of oil in presence of Engr- in- charge on proper proforma duly signed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fill Transformer oil with high viscosity, high resistance to oxidation & thermal stability mainting BDV Value of 55-60 KV in 2.5mm rod gap complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unservicable parts from Servo Voltage Stabilizer of various capacity and replacing with new complete all as specified and directed.
