SCHEDULE 'A' PART I DESIGN & BUILD STRUCTURE

Design & Construction of Training Infrastructure to include 01 No.Indoor Badminton Court, 01 No. Indoor Basketball Court and 01 No Idoor Volley Ball Court (Single strorey), including Ground Floor Annexure and First Floor Annexure in RCC framed structure and MS roof trusses for Indoor Court and Pre-painted Galvalume sheet for roof, including excavation for foundation, plinth protection, ramp, entry platform and all fixture and fitting as shown on drawings and as per design criteria based on soil investigation report enclosed. Design shall include structural design of super struture, foundation and design of internal services with layout and drawings. Design of services shall be undertaken using items but not limited to as given in respective schedule. complete all as specified and as shown on drawings No. CESZ/SH/2025/AR-195 'A' Dt-07.07.25 & 04.09.25 Sheet No: 1R/6, 2R/6, 3/6, 4R/6, 5R/6 & 6/6 AND CESZ/SH/2025/AR-195 'B' Dt-07.07.25 Sheet No: 1/3,2/3 & 3R/3.

Notes: The Following shall also forms part of Lump sum quoted by the bidders:- (i) M & L for preparing of finising concrete top rough surfaces by using brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air blower to remove all loose dirt, dust and debris etc. (ii) Laying synthetic Acrylic flooring in 8 layers as given below (Make: As per approved list of Make) :- (a) Applying a coat of 0.2-0.3 mm thick pure acylic primer mixed with portable water at the ratio of 1:2 by using a roller or squeegee wiper at the rate of 700 to 900 gms/sqm to prevents delaminating and seals minor cracks and pores. Allow the primer to completely dry at least 2 hours before applying the resurfacer to ensure proper adhesion and durable finish. (b) laying two layers of 0.2-0.3 mm thick each acrylic resurfacer mixed with fine silica sand, cement and potable water in the ratio of 1:1:0.75:1.3 by using squeegee wiper at the rate of 350 to 550 gms/sqm for a layer to fill minor cracks and imperfections, improves surface uniformity, enhances durability and prepares the base for cushioning. Allow for a minimum of 24 hours of curing time under good drying conditions before allowing second layer and second layer should be applied at a 90º angle to the first (c) Laying two layers of 0.2-0.3 mm thick each acrylic cushion coating mixed with coarse rubber particles and potable water in the ratio of 1:0.25:0.75 by using a squeegee wiper at the rate of 600 to 750 gms/sqm for a layer to adds resilence and flexibility. Allow each layer to be dry at least 3 hours before allowing second layer and second layer should be applied at a 90º angle to the first.

Notes: (Contd.../) (d) Laying final coat of 0.2-0.3 mm thick acrylic cushion coating mixed with fine rubber particles and portable water in the ratio of 1:0.25:0.75 by using a squeegee wiper at the rate of 600 to 750 gms/sqm to adds resilence and flexibility. (e) Laying two layers of 0.3-0.5 mm thick each acrylic colour mixed a squeegee wiper at the rate of 250 to 350 gms/sqm for a layer to provide high durability and excellent grip. Allow each layer to be dry at least 1 hour before allowing second layer and second layer should be applied at a 90º angle to the first. (f) Marking of the basket ball court, volleyball court and badminton court using acrylic line marking primer, after masking tape has been laid, to seal voids between masking tape and court surface to prevent bleed-under when line paint is applied then apply a minimum of 1 coat of acrylic line paint in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. (iii) S & F basketball pole movable height adjustable made of MS square pipe 6 inch and 10 feet long painted with acrylic paint and heavy trolley made of channel with 4 wheels including solid polycarbonate boards of size 180 cm x 105 cm x 25 mm with brackets, net and ring. (Quantity- 2 Each) (iv) S & F Badminton pole movable made of MS round pipe 1 inch and 5 feet long painted with acrylic paint and weight not less than 45 Kg per piece with net. (Quantity- 2 Each) (v) S & F volleyball pole movable made of MS round pipe 3 inch and 2.55 metre long with acrylic paint with 100 mm slider type, adjustable height of net and two wheels. (Quantity - 2 EAch).

Notes: (Contd.../) (vi) S & F stainless steel changing bench seating of size 1000 mm in length, 450 mm in width and four legs of 325 mm in height each, the weight of the bench should not be less than 18 Kg each. (vii) Moveable MS lockers shall not be part of the scope of this contract.

SCHEDULE 'A' SEC-IX (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS) NOTE: THIS SCHEDULE IS NOT PRE-PRICED BY MES AND THE PRE-PRICED RATE INDICATED AS "RS 0.00" UNDER COL. 5 SIGNIFIES THIS FACT ONLY.

Sewage disposal: M & L for DWCPE (SN8) 100 mm diameter pipes laid on 150 mm thick bed with excavation in any type of soil, including manholes/drop manhole of standard size made of Brick masonry/RCC Precast RCC with SFRC ventilating cover and frame. Includes all items and activities to execute and make sewer line functionnal. Note: As per IS 16098 (Part 2) : 2013 Para A-4 1.2.4(a) any form of cement concrete structural bedding would not be necessary under normal conditions, even for maximum combined loading (wheel load + backfill). However designer may check requirement for special cases, completes for depth up to 1.65 metre all as specified and as directed.

Sewage disposal: M & L for construction on site conventional RCC septic tank (150 users) designed to carry designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC (1:4:8) below foundation, Vent shaft, connection etc., connection etc., complete all as per Drawing No. CESZ/2020/STD-02, sheet 1/2 & 2/2.

Sewage disposal: M & L for construction of Soakage wells, excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC (1:3:6) walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonry in cement mortar, RCC cover slab in M25/SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 3.6 M dia x 3.00 M depth, complete all as per drawing No. CESZ/2020/TD-45 Sheet 1/2 & 2/2.
