Arrangement of all safety equipments for the protection of working staff at site.

Disconnection of all electric connection from the motor & panel and dismantling of complete non workable cooling system like pump set with motor, sluice valve, electric panel, water line, cooling pad, cooling fan, damaged hose pipe, worn out channel of upper side, worn out base frame of cooling system and pump set after cutting of all rusted nut bolts with the help of chisel, hammer, gas cutter and manual labour as per site requirement.

Supply of 5 HP, 3 Phase Self priming coupled Pump set, Model-SP3A with 5C2 motor (3.7 KW), RPM 2900, Impeller dia 174mm , Suction & delivery size 80mm X 80mm. Make:- Kirloskar

S/o Nut bolts as per site requirement.

S/o Rubber packing 3 mm thick.

Providing and fixing of (01 HP), single phase new pump set in the main water line for filling of civil water tank. Make:- Kirloskar/CG/ DJB Approved.

Repairing of existing sluice valves by dismantling of internal parts and repairing of spindle by making re-threading with finishing, repairing of flap with finishing cut on GM ring, providing and fixing of new GM nut, rubber packing, nut bolts etc as per job requirement.

Repairing of civil foundation of cooling system from the damaged portion by using of civil material including labour charges.

Providing and fixing of new cooling pad of size approx. 51"x63"x27" as per existing.

Fabrication and fixing of new base frame for cooling system of size 51"x51" fabricated by MS channel of size 100x50, 5mm thick and as per site feasibility/requirement & as per the direction of engineer In Charge.

Fabrication and fixing of new base frame for pump set of size 12"x36" fabricated by MS channel of size 100x50, 5mm thick and as per site feasibility/requirement & as per the direction of engineer In Charge.

Fixing of pump and motor at site on the foundation at proper level. Making alignment with motor and tightly fixing of all nut bolts. Making leakage proof by rubber packing.

Supply of medium class GI pipe of size 65 mm. Make:- Jindal/ Tata/ISI.

Supply of GI Elbow of size 65 mm. Make- Unik/Surya DJB Approved.

Supply of GI nippal of size 65 mm. Make- Unik/Surya DJB Approved.

Supply of GI Union of size 65 mm. Make- Unik/Surya DJB Approved.

Supply of GI Socket of size 65 mm. Make- Unik/Surya DJB Approved.

Fabrication and fixing of SS304 channel of size 175x175x175x 6mm x 12 mtr long fabricated by SS304 sheet. Making the channel by using of hydraulic machine. Making proper strength and fixing with leveling by using of heavy SS304 angle of size 50x50x6mm x 12 mtr long support at lower side of channel with the help of fastener.

Fixing of complete above said new GI pipe line & PVC pipe line of complete cooling system with the help of tools & tackles as required. The job includes Thread cutting and fixing charges of G.I. pipe along with all above accessories like nipple, elbow, tee, union and with required safeda & dhaga. Making hole in the wall by using of hammer drill machine. This also includes charges for to & fro of the material and tools.

Fabrication and fixing of Tin shed of size 19 feet x 19 feet for the protection of complete cooling system from rain water by using of M.S angle of size 50x50x6mm (Qty 30m approx.), MS pipe (Total length 41 m approx. X 0.05m dia) 5mm thick, profile sheet, nut bolts with washer etc. hardware goods i/c civil work as per site requirement.

Painting & primer charges of complete cooling system with one coat of primer & minimum two coat of enamel paint as per existing shade. Make of paint &primer:- Berger/Asian/Nerolac/DJB Approved.

Providing of DOL Starter Panels, 3 Phase with short circuit protection with MCB, contactor rating 25 A, and as per direction/satisfaction of Engineer In-charge. (make:-BCH,C&S,L&T and other approved make of DJB)

Providing of base frame stand of size as suitable for fixing the starter panel at site made out of M.S angle iron of size 50x50x6mm with support of pedestal type suitable for grouting and duly painted.

Making of electrical connection of above said installed all panels by proper cable thimbling etc as per the site requirement this job also include the all required equipments, items used at site for connection including manpower like electrician etc.

Testing & Commissioning on full load.
