Servicing, disconnection of incoming/outgoing connections, earthing, etc., taking out of coils, dimmer, testing of dimmer, draining of transformer oil and refilling after inspection/checking of other components inside of servo voltage stabilizer upto & including 160 KVA capacity and reassembling of same after repair work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) Replacement of unserviceable items shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only (Item No 2 to 17 here-in-after) (ii) Spares shall be procured as suitable for existing make & model stabilizers

M & L for detecting of fault in 1100 Volts LT UG cale of any size laid in trenches/ducts with the help of electronic fault locating machine comprising of surge generator, echo fault locator with high frequency distance calculator etc and exposing the cable fault, removal of deteriorated portion of cable, treating the cable including making it ready for jointing work complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The quoted rate shall deemed to include for the cost of earthwork as required. Cable if replaced & cost of jointing kit shall be measured & paid separately.

M & L for servicing of Air circuit breaker, 1000 Amps, four pole, 50 KA, Electrical drawout type with microprocessor based for checking of trip systems, pre-trip alarm, fault indicating LEDs, overload, short-circuit, instantaneous & earth-fault protections including minor spare parts complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Contractor has to take site visit before quoting for analysis the existing ACB make & model. Contractor has to strictly carried out the servicing through concerned OEM only (M/s Schneider). After completion of servicing, submit the reprot to Engr-in-Charge. Any major spare parts required for in future will be intimate.

Supply , Laying , testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated and PVC Sheathed, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with multi stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 150 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified & directed (for extension of damaged existing cables on new jointing kits).

Supply and fixing in replacement of APFC panel without reactor 100 kVAr, Main incomer MCCB 160 Amp 25 KA, rated voltage 415 V AC, 3 phase, 50 Hz, delta connection, having super heavy duty cylindrical capacitors ( 4 X 20 kVAr + 1 X 10 kVAr) + 1 X 5 kVAr) + 1 X 3 kVAr) + 1 X 2 kVAr) and suitable size of panel as per OEM recommendation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of APFC panel without reactor 175 kVAr, Main incomer MCCB 320 Amp 35 KA, rated voltage 415 V AC, 3 phase, 50 Hz, delta connection, having super heavy duty cylindrical capacitors (2 X 50 kVAr + 2 X 25 kVAr + 1 X 10 kVAr + 3 X 5 kVAr) and suitable size of panel as per OEM recommendation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level with topedge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip 32x6 mm dia up to 7.5 meter from earth pit, protected by GI pipe light grade 40mm dia, 20 mm medium grade for watering with funnel , common salt, charcoal dust and connected to panel board by means of bolts and nuts washers made out of GI all as shown in Electrical plate No 5 of SSR part I including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber with 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type mix cover slab with 6mm dia MS bars at 100mm dia both ways with MS hook 6mm dia MS bars etc complete all as specified and directed
