Dehydration of tranformer oil, obtained from DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMER , 11/0.433 KV etc. Dielctric strength shall not be less than 40 KV in 2.5 mm gap electrode after dehydration. Dehydration of transformer shall be carried out by using electrically operated dehydration machine including replacement of unserviceable silica gel and toping up/ replacement of unserviceable transformer oil complete all as directed. (NOTE :-- Transformer oil & silica jel shall be measured and paid against respective item)

Supply & filling transformer oil of approved quality ISI marked for filling in transformer for topping up/ Replacement in 33 KV/11KV Transformer complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge( MAKE: POWER/CASTROL/SERVO)NOTE: I) Dielectric strength of transformer oil sall not less then 60 KA with 2.5 mm gap (lI) new Transformer oil filled to Transformer after folteration only Rate for filteration deem include in the rate.III)Oil to the dept for filling in a sealed barral only.

M& L for disconnecting carefully electrical connection from HT/LT sides of the transformer keeping them at safe side and taking out the transformer indoor type 315/250/100 KVA,11 / .433KV step down/step up any make carrying out complete overhauling which shall complete of the following :- (a) M & L for lifting transporting handling,the transformer to workshop and opening top cover of the transformer by unscrewing nuts, bolts,washers etc including disconnecting core assy from HT/LT bushing and lifting the same gently and taking out from the shell (container/body) of the transformer. (b) M&L for draining out transformer oil from the above said transformer in the suitable capacity of container/drums and keeping it in safe custody for reuse. (c) M&L for cleaning of the transformer body from inside, removing deposited dirt/sludge/foreign particles etc from the bottom/body of the transformer and drying/heating up the shell from inside before refilling of the transformer oil. (d) Cleaning/washing through core and windings of the tansformer by hosing down with clean dry oil conforming IS 335/983,removing deposited dirt sludge/foreign particles from the windings/core and revarnishing of the windings with super varnish including heating/drying/packing complete carefully and throughly inside the heating chamber at suitable temperature to obtained required value of insulation resistance etc all as per IS and directed by Engr-in-charge (e) Lifting and refixing core assy inside the transformer shell gently and carefully,connecting of HT/LT/Neutral connections to the bushings assy,fixing of the tap change over incl tightenting of nut,bolts,washers of the core to reduce humming noise all as directed. (f) Refilling the transformer oil in the shall of transformer only after carrying out filteration by heating upto oil 105 degree certigrade to active reqd dielectric strength and submitting the test result before and after filteration of oil in presence of Engr-In-Charge on proper performa duly signed. (g) Refixing the top cover incl replacement of corck sheet/gasket ,tightenting of nut bolt,washers etc all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. (h) Lifting/shifting to the place from where removed and reinstalling the transformer including connecting HT/LT/Neutral/Earthing connections etc all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- (i) Any damage to insulator/bushes/windings etc while in the custody of the contractor shall be made good at no extra cost to govt.The serviceability of the transformer shall be checked and confirmed by the contractor before taking into his custody. (ii) The job taken for repair/overhauling should be complete with in 48 hours from the date of handing over the individual transformer,failing which necessary arrangement to be made by the contractor at no extra cost. (iii) Rewinding / re-insulation of winding of HT/LT coil will be paid seperately under relavant item of sch.

M&L for & rewinding of HT coil with copper material of same gauge & same material of exsisting coil with similar class of exsisting insulation all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for removing the LT coil from core carefully & re-insulation of LT coil with same class of insulation all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge cap

Supply and fixing HT pocelain bushing with brass studs complete with oil seal, gaskets, ring washer at site/workshop etc for the following sizes of transformers including tacking out existing bushings, drain out transformer oil etc and REFILLING THE SAME. for 160 to 300KVA.

S & F brass stud 16/20 mm dia of suitable length for HT/LT transformer terminal with BRASS nut and bolts and washers 8 noscomplete with oil seal, gaskets, ring washer etc for the following sizes of transformers including tacking out existing bushings and REFILLING THE SAME

Material and labour for painting of DISTRIBUTION transformer indoor/out door type with smoke gray colour synthetic enamel paint one coat over the existing paint after cleaning and removing the dust and durt and cleaning with sand paper complete including writting SM Nos and MES No on transformer body with letters 100 mm heigh with white synthetic enamelled paint complete for transformer of capacity up to 315/250/100 KVA all as specified and as directed by Engg-in-charge

Supply and fix breather of transformer of various capacities filled with silicagel including taking out of unserviceable silacagel complete all as directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Taking of old silica Gel for dehydrating Breather of T/F cleaning the breather internally and externally and filling new silica gel blue colour in dehydrating breather.

Taking down partly unserviceable / unserviceable ,SECURITY/STREET/GATE/FLOOD light fittings from pole/tower for necessary repair and make serviceable as per complaints given by dept through job card / complaint register on day to day basis & all as specified and directed Engr-in-Charge

S & F mechanical type water level indicator consisting of scale board, pointer, pulley, pulley housing, connection pipes, stainless steel wire rope, copper Ball 200mm dia float, guiding flanges, process flanges, anchor plate. Top mounting brackets & side and side mounting brackets are provided to mount the scale board on the out side of the tank. Connection pipe, pulley guiding flanges are mounted on the side of the tank. Scale board isalso mounted on the side of the tank. Anchor plate is fitted on the bottom of the tank. Float is set to float on liquird level surface. Float is tied with Stainless steel wire rope passing through the pulleys connected to pointer which rolls on scale board. The level of liquid inside the tank is directly shown by the pointer rolling on the scale board.High low switching arrangement. Scale fabricated in thick aluminium sheet. White scale fabricated in thick aluminium shet. White scale with large figure. Radium number of meter scale-04-01.

Comprehensive maintenance of DG set including routing / preventive maintenance checks at least once in a month, checking up of engine and alternator for trouble free functioning and attending break downs/ complaints as and when required. Note : - (1)The comprehensive maintenance includes carrying out preventive maintenance Excluding replacing all the unserviceable / worn out spares to keep the DG set for trouble free functioning. (2) The rate quoted deemed to be included all the minor spares such as screws, clips washers , distilled water, electrolite etc and other spares will be measured and paid separately under supply only items.
