Taking up or down GI /CI pipes and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store from trenches, existing bore well,under floor or road for replacement of following sizes :-

(a) 20 mm bore of pipe

(b) 25 mm bore of pipe

(c ) 50 mm bore of pipe

(d) 80/100 mm bore of pipe .

M&L for pipe ductile Iron , spigot and socketed including specials, Class K-7, 80 mm (3") dia etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pipe ductile Iron , spigot and socketed including specials, Class “K-7” ,100 mm (4") dia etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pipe galvanized, “Medium grade”, including fittings of following size of pipe.

(a) 20 mm bore of pipe

(b) 25 mm bore of pipe

(c) 50 mm bore of pipe

(d) 80 mm bore of pipe

M&L for pipe galvanized, “Heavy class”, including fittings, 100 mm (4”) dia etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement CI/ductile iron fittings, IS-1538 marked viz bends, tapers, reducers, tee pieces (single or double branch) any type, angle / radius and straight connecting pieces, but all ends flanged, size of pipe upto 100 mm bore, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of brick masonary valve pit/chamber of size 900 x 600 x 1000 mm (internal dimensions) of type"C"all as shown on Drg No-CEAA/TD/57,SHT No.1/1 and as specified "here in" under:- (i) Brick masonary Valve Chamber/Pit shall be provided all as specified and shown on Drg No-CEAA/TD/57, SHT NO 1/1. (ii) Masonary shall be brick masonary of thickness 230 mm all as shown on drawing. (iii) Foundation concrete shall be PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate. (iv) All internal surfaces of valve chamber shall be plastered with 15 mm thick CM 1:4. (v) All external surfaces below 15cm from ground level shall be plastered with 15mm thick in CM 1.3 (vi) Cover for valve chamber shall be 3mm thick MS Sheet and frame for the cover shall be made out of 50x50x6mm angle iron gronted in CM 1:3 (vii) Locking arrangement shall be provided all as specified in the drawing (viii) All other activities other than specified above shall be followed as per drawings.

Supply,fix and testing sluice valves of undermentioned type,size and class with cast iron body with forged brass spindle, non rising type and cast iron wheel head, both ends flanged, IS-14846 marked comlete with neoprene rubber gasket ,jointing material and incl nuts/bolts/washer of suitable size etc complete all as specified and directed.

(a) 100 mm bore, class PN 1.6

(b) 80 mm bore, class PN 1.6

Cutting existing CI /GI pipe line of size 80/100 mm bore and insertion of D Joint and one collar of same complete with run lead joint and earth work etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Gun metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed size 50 mm bore of pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stop valves cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions of size 20 mm bore dia of pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stop valves cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions of size 25 mm bore dia of pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stop valves cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions of size 50 mm bore dia of pipeetc complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting hard standing / Road up to 60 cm Depth for laying of pipe and making good after repair as per existing material of PCC 1:2:4 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick with grey cement and no pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding in cement mortor 1:6 in floor finishes etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block with gray cement and no pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade etc complete all as specified and directed.

Re-laying of cement concrete tiles/inter locking tile in patches, area n exc 5 sq.m. including removing and cleaning old tiles, preparing beds and laying or setting, jointing and pointing new or old tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) cement concrete in foundation type D2 with 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) cement concrete in base of poles type B1 with 20 mm graded stone aggregate etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair fully automatic star delta starter in sheet enclosure type 415 v ,50 Hz ,3Phase of Maxium output capacity 12.5 /15 HP etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of foot valve 80 mm dia brass casting including replacingits MS nut bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying copper cable 6 Sqmm x3 core flate type unarmed submersible motor/pump copper flexible cable 1100 grade, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed electric cable (Heavy duty) complete all as directed including taking down of old cable.

Supply and laying in trenches or fixing/passing through pipes including jointing testing of PVC XLPE cable 35 Sqmmx3.5 core 1100 grade, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed armoured electric cable (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area of following sizes complete all as specified and directed including taking down old cable.

Repair and sevicing of fire hydrant landing valve of any type of 50/63/80 mm dia including locking arrangement and replacement of male female socket and fix properly with the help of cement work etc complete all as specified and directed.

Repair and sevicing of Double door Hose box with the help of welding work including appling angle and MS sheet work and fixing new glass and painted complete and fixing properly with the help of nut bolt and washer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n exc 1.50 mtr wide and n exc 1.50 mtr in depth for foundation laying of pipe/cable etc n exc 10 sqmm on plan and n exc 1.50 mtr in depth and getting out complete all as specified and dirceted by Engineer - in - charge.

Returning filling in hard /dense soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm each layers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of excavated materail & surplus soil/rocks to a distance n exe 50 mtr and depositing where dirceted at a leval not exe 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for burnt brick sub class ‘B’ size (0.230x0.113x0.075)M laid in trenches abutting each other with a gap not exceeding 10 mm , vertically over the cable for cable protection etc complete all as specified and directed.
