Emergency basis temporary restoration of damaged gate during flood seasson with engahement of mechanic, fitter, helper for mechanic and fitter including hire charges of 5 ton capacity chain pulley, . to complete the work as per EIC.

Supply & fitting fixing of round strand (steel core/fibre core) steel wire rope (ungalvanised, IWRC) of 6x36 construction of 1960 tensile designation as per IS-2266 (make: Usha Martin, Bharat Wire Ropes ltd or BIS approved makes), rope clamp with Dishakle and fitting fixing of said material with correct alignment and position inclusive of all cost of labour, T&P, scaffolding charges & all other incidental charges as necessary to complete the job in all respect upto the satisfaction of E.I.C.16 mm dia (steel core)

Supplying to site empty cement polythene bags (capacity 50kg) in good condition including stacking, incedental charges etc. all complete (capacity 50 kg).

Labour charges for filling empty cement gunny bag / polythene bag (capacity 50 kg) with all kinds of earth (wet or dry), sand or agreegates(stone / brick) and sewing as done in case of cement bags ,( tying with a knot after filling will not be accepted ) , and stacking within a lead of 30 metre as per direction of Engr-in-charge (cost is excluding the cost of any types of filling materials). NB:- Volume of earth/ sand filled bags should not be less than 0.028 cum/ bag.

Dumping in position earth / sand filled gunny / poly bags (capacity 50 kg) within a lead of 30 metre inclusive of all lifts.

Supplying Nylon cage netting 1 metre x 1 metre x 1 metre size with knot having mesh size 17.5 cm x 17.5 cm constructed with nylon thread (210 x 24) having tensile strength not less than 250 Kg. / sq. cm. including carriage, delivery and stacking at site inclusive of all taxes complete.

Labour charges for dumping and placing in position properly filled in Nylon crates with filled in gunny / poly cement bags (minimum 25 nos. having capacity 50 kg) with local earth or sand, sewing and tying the crate with nylon wire within a lead of 150 m. and all lifts in river slope or bed by cutting trenches upto 50 cms depth, if necessary, or by boat including cost of hire charges of boat, boatmen and other necessary equipments and also including cost of bags, carriage and charge of filling bags with earth / sand but excluding cost of nylon crate as per direction of the Engineer – in – Charge. NB:- Volume of each earth/ sand filled bags should not be less than 0.028 m3. Size of Nylon crate is 1metre X 1metre X 1metre. (a) Where boats are not necessary.

Removing earth/sand filled poly bags/gunny bags from the channel bed/slope and initially depositing the same near channel bank at a place as directed by the Engineer-in Charge for measurement of Bag. & then disposing off the same at a distance not less than 150 metre from the channel site.

Supplying, fifling & fixing M.S fabricated wheel in the screw hoisting system for lifting or lowering the draw shutter.The wheel consisting of suitable size ms hub to accomodate any size of G.M/C.I nut. The rim and four nos arm of wheel are made of 25mm. to 36mm. dia m.s rod complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. The cost includes cost of materials, man power employed for dismantling and fitting fixing, consumables like cutting tools, welding rod, hire charges of machineries, like bending machine, lathe machine, grinding machine welding set, tools & tackles etc including carriage loading & unloading.

Supplying, fifling & fixing Gun Metal Nut as per requirement having 1.5/2 T.P.I square thread for screw gearing arrangement, perfectly metting with the screw rod/gear rod for lifting the draw shutter as per direction of E.I.C. The cost includes cost of materials, man power employed, consumables like cutting tools, emery paper, cloths, , hire charges of machineries, tools & tackles etc including carriage loading & unloading.
