A/R and M/o to various roads under Division NWR-2 dg. 2026-27. (SH- Covering of Open Drain on Road No. 316 from Kala Mandir to Sultanpur Majra Road at Mangolpuri under Sub Division NWR-21, Division NWR-2, During 2026-27.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana/Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: In case the cement content in design mix is more than the minimum specified cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. All works upto plinth level : Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 300 kg /cum

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : (b )Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge, for the following grades of concrete.: Note: In case the cement content in design mix is more than the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. All works up to plinth level. Concrete of M30 grade with minimum cement content of 350 kg /cum

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and placing in position 200 mm thick factory made machine batched & machine mixed Precast RCC Rectangular Covers on drains of footpath having width upto 4000 mm and 300 mm length of M-30 grade cement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 2 nos. 16 mm dia TMT bars at top & 3 nos. 16 mm dia TMT bottom of Fe 500 grade and 8 mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade stirrups @ maximum 100 mm c/c having 2 hooks of 16 mm dia bars for handling purpose, i/c cost of cartage, all leads & lift, handling at site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Engraved with NWR-21).

Providing and Placing 45 to 50 mm thick (undressed) red stone slab of required size underneath RCC drain slab for shuttering purpose as per CPWD specifications & the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
