Disconnecting electric supply from electric sources, taking down split air conditioner up to 2TR capacity with voltage stabilizers without damaging any other equipments and making good and macthing with existing surface complete and including transportation to MES store yard at Fort Saint George with all accessories.Inventory of the ACs/Stabilizers to be prepared and submitted to Engineer-in-charge before disconnecting the same complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Install Hi wall split Air Conditioner units Indoor, outdoor (Copper Condenser coil, Copper cooling coil and evaporator including copper tubing and copper cables for connecting indoor and outdoor units) complete cardless remote control unit and with in-built ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with BEE 3 Star rating of capacity 1.50 TR ,year of manufacturing 2020 ,filled with Refrigerant gas -410 complete all as specified and as directed. Make: CARRIER/ O GENERAL/ HITACHI Note : The rate quoted by the tenderer shall inclusive of the following provisions :- (i) UPVC drain pipe with insulation not less than 20 mm dia from indoor unit (any floor) to upto ground level/ near to drain to be fixed with proper size base plate with clamps complete. (ii) Copper pipe 20mm dia and 15 mm dia with 20SWG thickness refrigerant Piping with 19 mm thick Closed Cell rubber nitrile, Class "O"- arm-flex insulation and including connection complete up to 3 metre included in this item and beyond 3.00 mtr will be measured & paid separately under respective items. (iii) GI powder coated brackets 16 SWG of required size:02 Nos including grouting with suitable size fastners . (iv) After completion of installation of ACs, the MES No and SM stickers are to be pasted over the indoor and outdoor units of AC as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Wiring for Circuit / Submain Wiring of FRLS cable size 2 x 6.0 sq.mm along with earth wire of size 1 x 6.0 sq.mm, Single Core, PVC insulated copper conductor (Fire Retardant) Cable in surface/recessed drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC Conduit of size 25 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i)The rate quoted by the tenderer shall include for cutting chasing and making good existing surfaces (ii) Three runs of 6 Sqmm and one run of PVC conduit shall measured as one unit. Supply and fix 4 star rating refrigerator,electric driven of capacity upto 195 litres or next higher capacity ,single door Direct cool system complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix deep freezer hard top of capacity 425 litres or next higher capacity single phase having double door chest freezer with following specification : (i) Robust construction for heavy duty use (ii) Enhanced power saving (iii) High density puff insulation for better holding time. (iv) Heavy duty castor wheels at bottom of freezer complete all as specified and as directed. Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for laying of UG cable and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exeeding 25 cm in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing at a level not exc 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for M sand filling under and over UG cable including punning and levelling complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, lay in trenches common burnt fly ash Bricks of size 230 mmx115 mmx75 mm for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down street light / post top lantern / security light fitting luminaires from pole/Building/gate of any type / capacity and repair the fittings by removing unserviceable parts and replacing with new parts as mentioned below to make the fitting operational and fixing back in original position complete all as specfied and as directed.

Supply and fix Pole mounting PVC Junction box (looping box) for street light ,3 phase 4 wire system with internal size 230 mmx170mmx105 mm comprising of PVC connector and one no MCB SP 6 Amps including mounting arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.Make:Sintex code no: GSIB-2014/Hensel.

Note: (i)Working hours shall be from 0900 hrs to 1700 Hrs. (ii) The repair/replacement of cooling appliances shall be carried out by qualified mechanics only. (iii Orginial GST paid PV's/TC for the materials procured for the above BOQ items shall be produced alongwith the payment claimed by the contractor.
