(iii) For any delay beyond 24 Hrs for whatsoever reason, Penalty of Rs 1000/- per day will be levied upon the contractor.

All metallic cases of instruments and other equipment’s in the panel shall be properly earthed through independent copper wire of size not less than 2.5 sq.mm. Operation and maintenance manual will be provided by contractor at the time of installation &commissioning. (h) : The stages given in description are minimum. Since the work is executed on existing laid cables site for working may be available on restricted hours, hence the contractor shall make his own arrangements and execute work accordingly. The vender shall maintain a register of record as directed by Engr-in-charge for each cable traced alongwith GPS CO-Ordinates. 5. The contractor is sole responsible for recording the data obtained from these items and accuracy of digital mapping performed here in after of these cable routes subsequently in respective items of the contract schedule.
6. The software designed shall faciliate future addition/alteration from time to time. 7. The software provided for digital map shall be password portected for accessing and any ammendments thereafter on account of expansions/alterations.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where direceted at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.
