Earth work in excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in all kinds of soil (excluding soil containing 50% or more of shingle or small size boulders upto 30 cm size, saturated soil and rock), lift upto 1.50 m and stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 m clear from the edge of the excavation and returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers, when required, into plinth sides of foundation etc consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus soil as directed within a lead of 50m.

Providing and laying in foundations and plinth cement concrete 1 : 5 : 10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centring and shuttering.

Reinforcement of RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete. b) Cold twisted bars.

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for : i) Lintels, beams, girders, bressumers & cantilevers etc.

ii) Column, pillars, posts and struts etc.

Reinforced concrete work in foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. and mass concrete excluding cost of centring, shuttering and reinforcement in : a) M20 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Reinforcement cement concrete work in columns, pillars, piers, abutments, post and struts etc up to floor two level including finishing and plastering the exposed surface with cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6 mm to give a smooth and even surface but exluding cost of centring, shuttering and reinforcement. a) M20 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Reinforced cement concrete work in lintels, beams & bressumers upto floor two level i/c finishing & plastering the exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 Fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6mm to give a smooth and even surface but excluding cost of centering , shuttering & reinforcement. a) M20 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Brick work with best available local bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Half brick masonry (with best available local bricks) in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : coarse sand) in foundation and plinth.

Extra for half brick masonry in superstructure above plinth level up to floor two level.

12 mm cement plaster 1 : 3 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and required shade on new work (three or more coats) to give an even shade.

Providing and fixing MS grills of required pattern in wooden frames of windows etc with MS flat, square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws..

Applying priming coat with ready mixed primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel work.

Painting two or more coats (excluding priming coat) with superior ready mixed paint for steel work of approved brand and manufacture in all shades on new work to give an even shade.

Carriage of Engg. Materials such as cement, steel , CGI Sheets, Sand, Boulder, etc. etc. by head load from Road side to site of work.( Lead = 0.100Km)

Protection wall ( Random Rubble masonry work) with 3.00 mtr, 6.00 mtr and 8.95 mtr)

Excavation for Structures (Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material.) I. Ordinary soil. A. Manual Means. (i) upto 3 m depth.

PCC 1:3:6 in Foundation (Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.)

Stone masonry work in cement mortar 1:3 in foundation complete as per drawing and Technical Specification Random Rubble Masonry

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and Technical specification A) Granular material

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical specifications

Carriage of Engineering materials by manual means (Head Load) like Cement, Steel, CGI sheet, Stone, Sand etc as per the direction of Engineer-incharge.(Lead=0.070Km)
