Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

Dismantling cast iron, AC, reinforced concrete and PVC pipe of any description or dia fixed with wall or taking out from trenches all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store exc. 500 and n.exc. 1000 complete.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish of the premises.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoines arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing , dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar internal dia of pipe 200 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.inforced

All as per item No. 9 above but 150mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
