B-REPAIR OF RT-14 WHEEL LOADER (Rates are inclusive of GST)

1. Removal of Gravity rollers, Centring unit assembly, hydraulic cylinders, chain, sprocket, pillow block bearings, shaft and hoses. -01 Set 2. Dismantle the Transfer car with wheel lifting arm assembly from the existing location for repair works. -01 Set 3. Replace all gravity roller assemblies with new bearings.- 01 Unit 4. Replacement of wheel lift arm shaft, sprocket, bearings & 1 chain. Repair guide ways & replace / servicing of cam rollers.- 01 Set 5. Replacement of defective trolley wheel rails (Vgroove rails). Servicing of transfer car trolley vgroove wheels assembly. -04 Nos 6. Repair centring unit arm & rollers, fit back serviced / new pneumatic cylinder & connect all accessories.-01 Set 7. Lifting & positioning of transfer car after repair works. Fitment of wheel lift arm cylinder, Finger cylinder, hoses & connect all accessories. Check transfer car movements with DF charge transfer car with wheel loading charge hook assembly.- 01 Set 8. Paint with one coat of apple green paint. 01 Unit 9. Shifting of all removed scrap to earmarked area. -01 MT

C- REPAIR OF RT-15 WHEEL UNLOADER (Rates are inclusive of GST)

1. Dismantle hydraulic cylinders, hoses, Chain, Pillow block bearings, sprocket, arm with shaft from the equipment. -01 Unit 2. Replacement of wheel lower arm shaft, bearings, sprocket 1 chain & cam rollers. -01 Unit 3. Fitment of wheel lift arm cylinder, Finger cylinder, cam rollers, hoses & all accessories. Check wheel unloader movements with DF discharge transfer car & wheel unloading from charge hook assembly after replacement of gravity rollers. -01 Unit 4. Remove & replacement of defective gravity roller assembly. -01 Unit 5. Paint with one coat of apple green paint. -01 Unit 6. Shifting of all removed scrap material to earmarked area. -01 MT

D-REPAIR OF DRAW FURNACE (Rates are inclusive of GST)

1. Replacement of charge, discharge door chain and worn-out pulleys. Replacement of refractory material on both the doors. -2 units 2. Servicing of charge & discharge end transfer car assemblies, replacement of transfer car rails, chains, sprockets, bearings & worn-out guides.-2 units 3. Fabrication & fitment of charge & discharge side puller unit assembly as per existing one. - 2 unit 4. Removal of existing indexing beam guide bracket with pawl assembly, indexing beam guide roller assemblies, indexing beam dogs & pins charge to discharge end. -16 unit 5. Fabrication of indexing beam guide bracket with pawl assembly as per the existing one & Fitment from charge to discharge end -16 unit 6. Servicing of indexing beam guide roller assemblies, indexing beam dogs & pins and fitment from charge to discharge end -4+16 set 7. Replacement of all Hydraulic cylinders with serviced one & replace hydraulic hoses for Charging, discharging, transfer cars & indexing mechanism. -9 units 8. Fabrication of the water cooled skid as per RWF drg No. 722210510470. - 3 units 9. Removal of water-cooled skids along with guides from charge to discharge end for trolley 1 cooling system & removal of watercooling pipelines of both inlet & outlet of water-cooled jackets and skids. - 3 units 10. Fitment of water-cooled skids along with guides from charge to discharge end for trolley cooling system. - 3 units 11. Fitment of new water-cooling pipelines of both inlet & outlet of water-cooled jackets and skids -3 units 12. Removal, servicing & fitment of water-cooled jackets for charge & discharge doors. - 1 set 13. Repair / replacement of bottom & top return track conveyor frames. Replacement of return track chain with proper alignment. Check Gearbox assembly, replace defective bearings, drive sprockets & chain. - 1 set 14. Repair to damaged roof and side wall panels - 3 units 15. Repair to damaged Hearth refractory. -1 unit 16. Servicing of RC fan assemblies.
