Piles for building foundations in loamy, clayey soils like Black cotton soils and ordinary soils without under reams as per IS 2911 - 1980 as per approved designs including all operations, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of machinery, augur bore drill and shell equipment, etc, complete for all depths and for finished item of work for piles of 9'' diameters.

RCC M- 20 Nominal mix (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, but excluding centering, shuttering. A) Footings

Supply and filling of sand in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost of sand, all operational, incidental, labour charges, complete for finished item of work, including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges, and contractors profit & over heads, but excluding seigniorage charges & taxes like GST etc. , complete. (APSS NO. 309 & 310)

Plain Cement Concrete corresponding to M5 grade as per IS 456 equivalent to (1:4:8) proportion nominal mix (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) using 40mm size Hard Broken Granite (IS383, 1970) machine crushed metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, mixing concrete in concrete mixer including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental, and labour charges such as laying and ramming concrete in layers in position not exceeding 15cm, finishing top surface, curing concrete, etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS No. 402) for flooring bed.

Random Rubble stone masonry, in CM (1:8) mix prop: (Cement: Sand) using Granite stones from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like Granite stones, cement, sand, water, etc., to site including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental, and labour charges such as cutting stones to required size and shape, mixing of cement mortar, constructing masonry, curing etc., complete for finished item of work for foundation and basement (APSS No. 601 & 615)

Brick Masonry in superstructure with CM (1:8) prop: using second class bricks from approved source having minimum crushing strength of 40 Kg/Sqcm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing cement mortar, constructing masonry, scaffolding charges, lift charges, curing, etc., complete for finished item of work.

Plastering with CM(1:5) Prop: 20mm thick in single coat including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental charges and labour charges such as mixing mortar, finishing, curing, etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS 901,906)

Plastering with CM(1:5) Prop: 12mm thick in single coat including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental charges and labour charges such as mixing mortar, finishing, curing, etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS 901,906)

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) steel bars (Fe 415 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lapsplicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, laour charges such as cutting, bending placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors

White Washing three coats with whiting/cemnt of approved Quality to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including cost of all materials, labour charges and incidental such as scaffolding, lift charges etc., complete for finished item of work, but excluding conveyance charges of materials
