Providing and fixing hard wood plain square edged cover fillets (beading) 60mm x 12 mm section with wood screws in ceiling and lining including mitring at junctions including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Providing eaves board 200mmx25mm thick including fixing in position in 2nd class deodar wood.including carrage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weather board 100mmx25mm thick including fixing in position 2nd class deodar wood.including carrage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing corrugated G.I sheet roofing fixed with galvanised iron J.or L. hooks bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I.limpet washers filled with white lead complete excluding the cost of purlins refters and trusses including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.0.63 mm thick sheet.

Providing ridges or hips 60 cm over all in plain G.I.sheet with galvanised iron J or L hooks. bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I. Limpet and bitumen washers copmlete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.0.63 mm thick sheet.

Providing 0.63 mm thick sheet valleys 90 cm over all in plain G.I. sheets fixed with galvanised iron J or L hooks.bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete:-including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 20 cm. wide 90 cm. overall semicircular plain G.I. sheet gutter with bolts, nuts and washers etc. including making necessary conections with rain water pipe complete as per design.complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts :- 0.63 mm thick sheet.

Providing and fixing 0.63 mm thick PGI sheet ceiling/lining etc. of approved quality with butt jointing and wood screws (frame work and cover fillets to be measured and paid for separately) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Applying priming coat on new steel and other metal surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter sand papering complete With red oxide.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushin to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foregin matters with Enamel paint other than white including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Painting two or more coats with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on roof/undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete in all leads and lifts including carriage of materials and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing temporary plateform by way of scafolding for the repair of roof/roofs projections etc. upto all heights with bamboo tied with rope on joints and plateform of old CGI sheets etc. complete in all respect in all leads and lifts including carriage of materials and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.(Top area pf plateform shall be measured and paid for.)

Providing and fixing on wall face PVC (finolex) type-A rain water pipes with collar and clamps etc. of working pressure not less than 4.5 kg/sqm including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete.110mm dia pipes including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing PVC(finolex) plain double equal branch ISI marked including fixing with approved adhesive etc. complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts:-(i) 110 mm dia.

Providing and fixing PVC(finolex) collars ISI marked including fixing with approved adhesive etc.complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts:-110 mm dia.

Providing and fixing PVC(finolex) Plain bend 110mm dia including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing PVC (Finolex) off set (45 degree) ISI marked including fixing with approved adhesive etc.complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters etc. stacking the serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts:- G.I. Sheet roofing.

Providing and fixing polycarbonatd tranparent sheet 1.20mm thick in roofing with galvanised J or L hooks bolts and nuts with G.I. Limpet and bitumen rubber washer or with self drilling screws with washers etc. complete with all accessories as required as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carrage of material within all leads and lifts.
