M&L for pre cast cement concrete block masonry type C1 (1:3:6) with solid block exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 all as spd .

M&L for machine cut cudappa stone slab 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base , laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incl rubbing and polishing all as spd.

M&L for 18-25mm thick granite(of any type) work table rubbed and polished as in flooring, steps, jambs, pillars, windows-cill, cooking platform , and the like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white / coloured cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including cutting , moulding etc over and including 10mm thick rendering / screed bed in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge , such as in steps , coocking platform , and other similar situation all as spd .

M&L for coloured Non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square and rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm in floor etc. Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match as in repair and patches including15 mm thick screed bed cm 1: 6 all as spd/

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 350 X 250 X 7 mm / 450 X 350 X 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement or colour cement to match the shade including 10mm thick rendering CM 1:6 all as spd.

M&L for 18mm thick marine plywood commercial type fixed with screws to timber frame work with decorative laminates type sunmica , surface finish , colour and pattern as in kitchen cabinet incl fixed on wall by drilling and bolting etc all as spd.

M&L for vertified ceramic tiles 10mm (light shade of square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc,.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 laying floor finishesed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of exsting treatment of wall and applying two coats of acrylic interior emulsion over wall care putty incl preparation of old surfaces all as spd and directed.

S&F for grating square SS grating 100mm size all as spd.

M&L for filling cracks with polymer based chemical (Dr fixit cracks shrink free or equivalent) for cracks not exc 10 mm in width as per manufacturer instruction on wall surfaces on concrete or masonary including scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling carefully reinforced cement concrete work (including cutting of the reinforcement as required to facilitate dismantling) with low Impact Hammer / Breaker without dismantling the structure of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, cleaning and removing the retreived debris out side MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Epoxy bond coat of Make Fosroc (NITOBOND-EP) OR EPOXY BONDING AGENT of Dr. Fixit OR equivalent of M/s. Krishna Conchem as approved by GE over exposed concrete surfaces prior to application of any type of mortar / concrete to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete/ new mortar by brush application, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for carry out application of Bi -polar migratory corrosion inhibitor (make, M/S Krishna conchem (EPCO KP -100) / BASF ( master protect 8000 CI) on RCC surfaces , complete all as spd and directed .( Note: Mode of measurment superficial area of concrete will be measured.)

M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using IPNET-RB of M/s Krishna Conchem or Epoxy Zinc Primer of M/s. Dr. Fixit by application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush after cleaning/wire brushing to the exposed steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed . Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.

M&L for building up the profile of structural members using polymer modified mortar from M/s. Krishna Conchem (Molith PMM) OR Polymer mortar HB of Dr Fixit, while the bonding agent is still tacking upto 20mm thickness, including levelling, profiling etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in two coats (10 + 5 mm), both coat mixed with integral water proofing compound ISI Marked @ 2% by the weight of cement and finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed Note - WPC shall be measured and paid separately

Supply and application of 5 layer waterproofing coatingsystem on leaking concrete wall surfaces by through surfaces preparation followed by one absorptioncoat of thermacool WP 51 nano tech modified UV resistant elastomeric clear coat having min 50 % solids , filling the cracks with thermacool WP 51 + cement elastomeric crack filler and then overcoating with two coat of thermacool WP 51 + cement mixtue as waterproofing coathaving + 450% elangotion , tensile strength min 2.2 MPa and then top coated with min 2 coats of thermacool pure acrylic based top coat , UV resistant non yellowing bio organism resistant with pull off adhesion 2.80 Mpa , passes 2000 hrs accelerated durability test suitable for all type of surfaces , matt using brush , roller, spray gun as applicable The application shoud be done by approved applicators only. Note :- necessary scaffolding and working platform are included the rate applied.

S&F 1mm thick aluminium sheet for crumble joint etc welded or soldered joints with grade of zinc coating 275 . complete all as spd and directed.

Injecting grouting internal surfaces, providing chemical injection treatment in the form of pressure grouting to cold joint and construction joint by injecting cement slurry mixed with grout admixture cebex 100@ 225 gms per bag of cement in regular interval of 150- 200 mm cc distance , in the required consistancy through the pre fixed PVC/ alu/ GI nozle in 18 mm dia holes . fixing of nozzlewith cement mortar admixtre with polimer and final cutting the projected nozzel after the injection operation is over with renderoc plug etc .all as spd and directed.

S&F standard aluminum section powder coded in partition / frame and door shutter, sliding windows / ventilators and places otherwise not specified cut to size, jointed with cadmium plated steel screws, including rubber beading or gaskets for fixing glass or wire cloth or Bakelite sheet and all necessary fittings, hinges, screws, plugs, locking arrangements for windows, Nylon ball bearing etc completed all as specified and directed (Aluminum section shall be of make Jindal / Hindalco / Indalco). Note :- Weight of Aluminum sections for frames and shutters shall be only considered for payment. Cost of other consumables required for the item shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. However glass panes / Bakelite sheet / wire cloth / mortice lock / locking stay / floor spring / floor door stopper only will be measured and paid separately under respective items as supply only. Fixing by element of these items shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply only for 6mm thick bakelite sheet prelaminated both side with decorative choice laminations with aluminium frame cuboard shutter work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300x200mmx7mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado and risers to steps and including over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces as in backing coat for tiles. etc, all as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/ Dismantled material Rs. (-)800 .00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule of Credit Note: Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'
