Restoration of the ancient pathway and repairs to the Fort Dongartal, Tq. Dewlapar, Dist. Nagpur under Minor Civil and Electrical Works (Special Repairs)

Desilting of ancient bowdi i/c dewatering removal of silt, malba etc, form the bowdi after dewatering by manual/ hydraulic means with disposal of silt, malba etc up to a lead of 200mtr and lift up to 20mtr i/c all labour and machinery etc. complete

Provision for removal of earth and small grass/ thick - vegetation from root carefully grown over and around the fort and surrounding area of the entire fort manually with wire brush very carefully, so that no further development of grass occurs including cleaning with broom, inserting chemical in to the root of grass and vegetation and in cavities of brick masonry with dumping clean material away from 100 mtr lead etc. completed.

Taking out loose, decayed out of plumb brick masonry/UCR stone masonry wall very-very carefully without damaging to the adjacent structure including stacking of the serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material up to lead of 200m and head load of 20mtr etc complete.

Removal of malba comprising of brick bats, debris etc. from the outside area of the Fort very-very carefully without damaging the structure with including storing the serviceable material up to lead of 200mtr with head load of 20mtr. Etc. complete

Taking out of old decayed and pulverised plain, and moulded lime plaster 20 mm to 40 mm in thickness and cleaning the surface for re-plastering, disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with-in 50mtr lead and all required lift, very-very carefully without damaging and scratching the core material etc. complete.

Taking out of loose & decayed lime concrete from the roof terracing including lowering down the stuff material from 10 mtr. height and at a lead of 50 mtr. with cleaning the surface for relaying the lime concrete etc. complete.

Provision for excavation in hard rock includes boulder for the base of pathway including excavating soil to get the sufficient gradient and slope including transportation, spreading, watering, compaction, over the hill etc. as directed.

Filling foundation and below flag stone flooring around masonry work with boulders and moorum including all lead and lift, ramming & watering etc complete.

Providing and fixing stones over the pathways in quartzite/genesis trap stone of size not less than 40x30x15 cm with four edges chambering, cutting straight and top surface roughly dressed and fixed in hydrated lime mortar 1:1:1 and observing slopes to drain out water with all lead and lift etc. complete.

Providing and construction of steps made up of cyclopean stone masonry in lime mortar in ratio of 1:1:1 i.e (1 Unslaked lime : 1 Sand : 1 Surkhi )by lifting of stone size varying from 0.50x0.50x0.50 to 0.30x0.30x0.30 by using 100% new stone with the help of chain pulley block, ropes etc. carefully by erecting heavy tubular scaffolding for reconstruction including all lead and lift of material and labour etc. complete.

Provision for providing and laying PCC 1:4:8 with 20mm metal of good quality over excavated earth for foundation of side walls including mixing, curing etc. complete as directed.

Provision for providing and constructing uncoursed rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:4 in excavated earth for foundation and above ground level including lead and lift, mixing, constructing, curing etc. complete as directed.

Provision for providing and applying pointing in composite mortar of ratio 1:1:1 i.e (1 Unslaked lime : 1 Sand : 1 Surkhi ) with lead of 100m etc. complete. including transportation, lifting, mixing, curing etc. complete as directed.

Restoration and underpinning of the special type brick of size- 10 cm x 15 cm x 5 cm, by using 100% of the special type brick for the masonry work of the restoration purpose in composite mortar of ratio 1:1:1 i.e (1 Unslaked lime : 1 Sand : 1 Surkhi ) with lead of 100m and lift of 10mtr height with curing the surfaces etc complete.

Providing & laying of the lime concrete in composite mortar of ratio 1:1:1:4 i.e (1 Unslaked lime : 1 Sand : 1 Surkhi : 4 brick aggregate 20mm ) including ramming strongly to strengthen the base of wall and its surfaces including curing all lead and lift of material and labours etc. complete.

Providing and applying of plain and moulded lime plaster 20 mm to 40 mm in thickness of ratio of 1:1:1 ( 1 unslaked lime, 1 sand , 1 surkhi) mixed with binding material such as jute, water of belgiri fruits, gur, gum etc, including the supply of all material and labour and curing etc. complete

Provision for providing and applying pointing in Lime-Surkhi mortar in ratio of 1:1:1 (1 unslaked lime, 1 sand, 1 surkhi) over the wall surface i/c curing etc. complete.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 10 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm to 60mm dia wooden ballies placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical ballies joint with overlapping system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners made up of ballies, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose.

Provision for supply of water tanker requires during the execution of work.
