Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1 ½ :3 mix (One cement one and half sand and three aggregate) using 20mm size ISS gauge HBG metal for foundation including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, ramming, curing concrete etc

Supplying and fabrication of steel for all RCC works including cost of steel, binding wire and labour charges and fabrication and placing in position etc., complete as per standard specification.

Brick work in Cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks of size 8.3/4" X 41/4" X 2" including all cost and convayance of all Materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Special ceeling Plastering with CM 1:3 10mm thinck including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete.

Roof Top Finishing with with one course of Decarative machine pressed tiles of size 20cm x 20 cm x 2 cm with cement mortor 1:3mix with crued oil water proofing compound with same mortor pointing including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour Charges etc. complete.

E) Paving the floor with descrgned coloured vitrified tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of best quality and approved variety complying / confirming ISI specification land over cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M- Sand) 20mm thick and pomted with same co

N) Exterior Emulsion paint Two coats with good quality of approved Emulsion paint including cost of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing applying and proper curring etc., Complete as per Standard Specifications for 10 sqm

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam 100mm thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform

H-1) Supplying and laying Precast Designer Paver Block confirming to IS 1568-2006 specification manufacturing and laying standard of M40 grade 83mm thick (table clauses 5 and 9.14) suitable for bus terminals ,industrial complexes, road on expensive soils
