Excavation in trenches in hard / dense soil not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and getting out including trimming of sides, for laying of cables, foundation of poles, stay assembly, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down old unserviceable DI/GI tubing connection including disconnection of fittings from tubing PPR/GI pipe 20 mm dia where required and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 20 mm bore Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable CI sluice valve for 80/100 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing cast iron sluice valve for water supply purposes with CI drilled flanged end internally cast for 100 mm nominal bore class PN 1.6 horizontal type conforming to IS 760, ISI marked with stainless steel spindle & iron wheel non using type including jointing material complete such as rubber assertion packing rings with requisite no of nuts & bolts , washers of requisite size etc all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 28 here in before but 80 mm nominal bore.

Taking down old unserviceable air release valve of size up to 80/100 mm complete

S&F air release valve with double air outlet on existing DI/GI pipe of bore 80 mm complete with drilling, threading, welding and fixing of GI pipe medium grade 25 mm bore all as per site requirement and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair air release valve with single air outlet in existing DI/GI pipe of bore 100 mm complete with drilling, threading, welding and fixing of GI pipe medium grade 32 mm bore all as per site requirement and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for valve chamber of size 900mm x 900mm x 900mm on existing chamber foundation with stone masonry wall in cement mortar 1:6, 75mm thick coping in PCC 1:4:8 (Type B1), 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 overall internal and external wall surface,50x50x5mm thick MS Angle iron frame and 3.15 mm thick MS chequered plate cover with hinges and necessary locking arrangements painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed including dismantling and removal of existing damaged chamber except PCC foundation complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for making connection of PP-R distribution branch with PP-R main of size 16 to 40 mm bore by providing and fixing tee including cutting and making fusion joint etc. all as directed.

M&L for making connection of PP-R distribution branch with PP-R main of size 50 to 75 mm bore by providing and fixing tee including cutting and making fusion joint etc. all as directed.

M&L for servicing of centrifugal pump electric driven AC 3 Phase 415 volt 30 HP capacity by replacing of unserviceable terminal blocks and 2 Nos bass bearing, bushes and bolts and nuts and re-assembling same incl varnishing with super enamelled varnish to motor winding at site including testing complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling/ Disconnecting Monoblock cetrifugal pump 2 HP from the site and supply and fixing new one as per existing complete all as specified and dierected by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling/ Disconnecting Monoblock cetrifugal pump 1 HP from the site and supply and fixing new one as per existing complete all as specified and dierected by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement gunmetal foot valve 80mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement gunmetal foot valve 40mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for construction of Lorry filling point of size 0.6m x 0.6m x 5m using precast cement concrete solid block masonary type C-1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortal 1:4 over 150mm thick PCC 1:3:6 (nomival mix) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) complete, 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement The masnory work including PCC sub base shall be 0.80 m below GL including neccessary earth work complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge

M&L for Emptying the tanks, removing complete scaling Cleaning internal wall and bottom thoroughly by using washing soda and cleaning with clean water to remove the remains of soda/bleaching powder and applying one coat of cement paint suitable for drinking water applied to the entire internal surface of Semi Underground tank of capacity upto 25000 gallon complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement star delta stater 3 phase 415 V suitable for 30 HP monoblock/centrifugal pump set and making all necessary connection, complete all as specified and dierected by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Cleaning and removing all scales and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc capacity upto 1000 ltrs complete all as specified and dierected by Engr-in-charge.

Collecting and testing of water sample bottle from Pump houses of 503 ASC BN P/H, 603 EME BN P/H,GOC Hut P/H,Riverdale Water point from govt authorised laboratory for testing of various parameters as per IS 10500 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge, Note :- Test result will be submitted to AGE E/M office.

Supply & installation in replacement of Chlorine dozing system with new Altoch Dosing System, Modle ADS-I, Item Nr:- ADS 100 with Non-metalic solution tank of 100ltrs capacity with motor driven agitator to maintan uniform suspension throughout the tank electrically operated chlorine dosing tank consisting of Dosing tank 100 litre of PE/FRP Lid & level gauge along with single phase electric motor and agitator, 90 watts, 1440 RPM, 230 volts, 50 cycles, 02 AMP and having speed controller to reduce upto 800RPM, with shaft & blade in plastic-mounted on tank Lid must have port hole for pouring calcium hypochlorite and water when necessary. Lid must have provision for mounting dosing pump on the lid/wall including High pressure Single head Gear motored adjusable Dosing Pump set, Modle:-96 NGQ51, Item NR:- DPP965, uneffected on dry running having no loss of prime, independent of back pressure and able to handle both chemical solution as well as suspension, 230volts, 50 cycles, AC,44 RPM 1/30 fraction HP having output 2US GPD to 40 U.S GPD complete with accessories i.e lead tubing , connecting nuts, injection check valve, clay weight and ferrules including complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make of Dosing system:- ALTOCH Dosing system, Model:- ADS-I Item Nr:- ADS 100, Item NR:- P & Make of High pressure Single head Gear Motored adjusable Dosing pump :- Declibac Modle :-96 NGQ51, Item NR:- DPP9651 or Equivalent in poter & Watt Crop/Briozing Unlimited.

Taking out old unserviceable/serviceable un-reinforced concrete PCC cable covers from excavated trench all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Serviceable un-reinforced concrete PCC cable cover kept in safe custody for reuse at site and unserviceable un-reinforced concrete PCC cable cover through in low lying area.

Laying only old reinforced PCC cable cover of any size as retrieved from serial item No- 47 above, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for factory made un-reinforced pre cast concrete cable protection cover LV class type - I with size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm laid across the cable (i.e. width of cover along the length of cable) for UG cable protection on the top of the sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L sand cushioning to underground cable complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part - I.

S&F of galvanized iron pipe of 50 mm nominal dia light grade fixed to poles with clamps nuts, bolts and washers or laid under road crossing or fixed to wall including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide paint, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cost of MS clamp, nut, bolt, washer and GI fittings etc shall be inclusive in the item rate.

Taking out old LT under ground cable from trenches / floor / road / wall / pipe / pole of any size and description incl joint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of LT UG cable XLPE insulated PVC sheathed galvanized steel strip armoured electric power cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade 240 sq mm 3.5 core confirming to IS:7098 (Part-I), suitable for earthed system, laid in duct/trench/along pole/wall etc including nuts, bolts, washers, saddles & screws etc and making connection, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : 1. The cost of Al thimbles/lugs and cable gland etc is included in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it. 2. Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and brick protection will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning, in replacement, Junction box , cubical type, factory made, outdoor type of Size 45cm(l)x30cm(w)x60cm(h) , dust and vermin proof, fabricated out of mild steel sheet not less than 3.15 mm thick, complete with openable shutters in front and rear having proper locking arrangement including including 04 Nos legs made out of angle iron of suitable size and height of each leg shall be grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) and aluminium bus bar of size 400 Amps capacity , Three phase and neutral bus bar , making hot and cold drilling holes to aluminium bus bar . Junction box shall be spray painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a priming coat of red oxide primer and connecting all incomming and outgoing cables with suitable size of Aluminium lugs complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and comprising of following accessories/fittings :- (a) MCCB 4 pole, 160 Amps,240/415 Volt, 50Hz, 10 KA= 01 Nos (I/C) b) MCB SPN 63 Amps, 240 Volts - 04 Nos (O/G) Note : Unit rate quoted by the contractor here-in-before also includes for fixing and connecting of MCBs and installation of panel on suitable PCC foundation and PCC plat form incl necessary earth and PCC work all as per manufacturer instructions and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connecting to the Galvanised earth lead 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts , check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and steel earth wire protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm bore including provision of concrete pit made from PCC ( 1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) with 40mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 reinforced with XPM (Weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 40 x 40 x 6 mm and handle of 6 mm dia MS bar made to shape, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom, 1.50 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt & charcoal filling, with fixing arrangement , funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil , returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres, all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connecting to Poles all as specified or indicated including testing on complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
