Repair and maintenance of infrastructure assets in R-I division during 2025-26.

Floor Thematic Painting work on road surface(Cemented/Asphalted) with Exterior-grade acrylic/road marking compatible paints, UV-resistant and water resistant with anti-kid clear coat for safety, suitable for pedestrain and light vehicle with durability of 1year by skilled Artist, manpower, helper including concept design and artwork development, base preparation and surface cleaning including supply of paints, materials, tools, and equipments and all taxes. Agency shall follow all the safety precautions during execution. The artwork shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge/Architect Department/Competent Authority. All complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of engineer in charge.(Nothing extra shall be paid for any other material required for completion of work)

Floor Thematic Painting work on CC Tiled/Interlocking pavers surface with Exterior-grade acrylicor epoxy compatible paints, with better adhesion and protective coating enhanced durability of 1 year by skilled Artist, manpower, helper including concept design and artwork development, base preparation and surface cleaning including supply of paints, materials, tools, and equipments and all taxes. Agency shall follow all the safety precautions during execution. The artwork shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge/Architect Department/Competent Authority. All complete as per direction and entire satisfaction of engineer in charge. (Nothing extra shall be paid for any other material required for completion of work)
