Sch A Part-I :- Building Works

Chipping loose concrete and Exposing existing RCC columns,beams,slabs,lintels,pardis etc.including plaster beyond main reinforcement carefully by means of chisel and hammer or mechanically including necessary double scaffolding ,erecting horizonal platforms at working levels to collect the debris, proping with top and bottom runners as directed stacking the debris in the compound as directed and caring away the same outside the premises etc. complete.

RELIEVING STRUCTURAL MEMBERS Relieving structural members such as column,beam and slabs of their superposed loads partially or fully by provison of adjustable steel props, frams etc. including providing necessary timber runners,bracing , jacking up arrangement all complete to the satisfication of Engineer incharge(Removing and redoing of brickwork, if required ,shall be paid separately.

Chipping of existing loose,damaged concrete from RCC members of all affected RCC Columns,Beams, Slabs and Chajjas on External and internal facades etc beyond main r/f.(if requried in the opinion of the consultant),carefully with chisel and hammer providing and applying ' Rusticide SS' Rust passivater or equivalent as specified in the Brand Names to existing r/f bars including wire brushing of reinforcement,cleaning washing of concrete etc complete as directed.Providing and applying two coats of rust preventor slurry made out of " Polyalk Fixoprime"or equivalent as specified in the Brand Names and cement in proportion 1:1:5 to existing r/f bars as directed complete.Providing and applying bonding coat of slurry made out of "Polyalk EP" or equivalent as specified in the Brand Names and cement in proportion 1:1 to concrete and e/f substrates complete as directed Providing and applying "Polyalk EP" or equivalent as specified in the Brand Names,Polymer modified cement mortar in Required proportion(1:5:15) to RCC members including hand packing,curing and making the surface rough for plastering.

FILLING AND REINSTATING OF SEPARATION CRACKS

FILLING AND REINSTATING OF SEPARATION CRACKS Opening the Separation cracks at the Juction of RCC and Masonry where ever directed and instructed into "V" Grooves 2" to 3" from the either side of the cracks by carefukly marking the areas to be opened up using a cutting machine and skillfully Chiseling with a well sharpened chisel and hammer as directed including wire brushing and washing of concrete Substrata and masonry wall with water jet to the surfaces thus prepared to the entire satisfication of the consultant as instructed and directed.

Moistening the cracks ,providing and applying primary/bonding coat of slurry made of "Polyalk EP" and cement(or equivalent as specified in the list of Brand names) in proportion 1:1 to surfaces prepared as instructed and directed.Filling the cracks /Grooves by Providing and applying "Polyalk EP" Polymer modified cement mortar (or equivalent as specified in the list of Brand names) in Proportion of 1:5:15 (Polyalk EP: Cement:Graded sand/quart/sand ) on the prepared surfaces and finishing it in the level with the existing plaster including hand packing curing and making the surface similar to the external plastering using wooden floats/punch etc.complete as per specified and directed.

Drilling holes of required size upto 16mm Diameter and up to 50mm depth in concrete and cleaning the same as directed.

Providing and fixing 12mm diameter aluminium/PVC injection nipples and securing the same as diected & Providing and injecting cementitious grout using CEBEX-112 additive of 'Fosroc' at the rate of 225 grams per bag of cement and usng suitable mechanical gun/pump including mixing etc complete.

Providing &fixing epoxy dipped shear keys of 10mm dia and 4" to 6" length in columns before jacketing Micro concreting as per consultant instructions and directions.

Providing,cutting,bending and fixing Additional Reinforcement in postion steel reinforcement of specified required sizes and shapes in the form or main rebars, stirrups & rings,distrubtion rebars tec.and tying them to shear connectors using GI Binding wire.The additional rebars should be coted with TWO coats including Anti Corrosive protective coating &dry sand to be sprinkles on second coat including tying with Annealed Binding wires,providing cover blocks of appropriate sizes etc complete as specified and instructed by the consultant.

Providing and laying super fluid Microconcrete -Roffe crete repairs (or equivalent as specifed in the list of Brand names) in beam bottoms, columns,slab etc including mixing with 5mm to 10mm size aggregates waterproof ply wood/steel plate shuttering,pouring,temping,Consolidating,curing etc complete as per Manufacture's specification and consultant instructions.The item shall be paid on actual consumption of Micro concrete.

Providing and laying in slabs,beams,pardise,RCC wall etc postion of RCC M-25 design mix grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying and the cost of centering,shuttering form work,finishing and excluding reinforcement,including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate,retard setting of concrete,improve workability without imparing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in charge.The Mix design as per particular specifications shall be got approved by Enginner -in charge before execution of the item. The rate shall include cost of all specified materials and operations at all levels and heights,including the cost of centering ,shuttering and form work excluding reinforcement which shall be paid under relevent item (Note:- Cement content considered in this item @ 300 kg/cum as per IS 456 table showing minimum cement content.No extra will be paid nor any amount will recovered on account of variation of cement in mix design as per specifications for controlled

Glass fiber Wrapping system : Provision &laying applying Glass Fiber sheet wrap at structural members including .surface prepartion: Grinding/Moulding concrete substrate ,cleaning it with wire brush,removing oil,laitance if present,rounding sharp edges to min 25mm radius etc,complete.Profiling :Applying PRIMER on prepared substrate,filling holes and uneven surface with PUTTY etc, complete.Wrapping the Glass fibre wrap to voids etc.Repeat the same procedure for multiple layer with interval of 8 hours.Sand pasting:Applying saturant,rectify air voids if any ,paste the river sand on it to make surface rough to take any further finishes.(Mode of Measurement:Per Sq.Mt of fiber consume and not application and not application of surface area.) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (a) The Items from 1 to 12 mentioned above should executed by authorised applicator only. The certificate in this regard shall be held in records of GE. (b) These items to be executed under supervision of structural consultant as per as per his guidance and instructions in concurrence with Engr-in-charge.

Post completion NDT report based on the item catered in Sl No 1 to 12 of BOQ or otherwise merntioned , a certificate has to be furnished alongwith detailed post NDT report certifying structural strengthening carried out and repair wk carried out as desired and technically acceptable report has to be vetted and certified by IIT/NIT as approved by the CWE and detailed structuiral repair of specific strength to be provided as required by GE / Engineer in Charge Note: Following has to be catered while quoting the rates for item sl no 1 to 12:- (a) After complete execution of these items post NDT of structural members catered has to be done by the contractor. (b) While execution it is to be kept in mind that desired strength of the structural members should be maintained. (c) Complete report should be submitted for all the structural members catered.

Providing & Fixing of Armstrong Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with ANF (Board) edge tiles with Armstrong 24mm exposed grid. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 90%, NRC 0.5, Light Reflectance ≥85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Colour White, Fire Performance UK Class 0 / Class 1 (BS 476 pt - 6 &7) in module size of 600 x 600 x 15mm , suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 34%.The tile shall be laid on Armstrong Prelude38 with 24 mm wide T - section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 38mm and a load carrying capacity of 15.34Kgs/M2 & pull out strength of 100Kgs. The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per M2 and need to be installed with Suspension system of Armstrong make. The Tile & Grid system used together should carry a 10 year warranty all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

One coat of self –priming of elastomeric water proofing liquid (dilution with water in ratio 3:1) and second coat of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid followed by 3rd and final coat of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 600 micron ) with waterproofing warranty 12 years . Prior to all this activity surface preparation to be done by pressure washer to remove Dust, Algae ,fungus , oil grease ,etc and crack filling by smart care textured crack filler up to 10mm wherever required and bigger crack should be filled with polymer modified cement . On tile mosaic surface use smartcare terrace tile primer for better adhesion . The item rate is inclusive of all material with wastage , labor, tools tackles, Consumable . scaffolding etc completed all as specified.

Surface preparation and levelling course with Moisture Barrier:- Prepare the concrete surface using Grinding tor remove any loose Material, Contaminations, and laitance to provide a sound, fine gripping surface. The static Conductive topping including Under coat shall be Resistance to ground RG < 106 _ (IEC 61340-4-1; EN 1081) The cured film should have a compressive strength 80 N/mm² and flexure strength 40 N/mm² when tested as per EN 196-1complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Antistatic flooring shall be carried out as per the manufacturer’s instructions and by the authorized applicators of the manufacturers complete all as specified and certificate in this regard shall be kept with GE.

Sch A Part-II:- Sewage Disposal

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete cover slab for MH/Spetic tank and removing the debris to a distance not exc 500 M as directed.

M & L precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for cover slab for Man holes/Septic tank set in CM 1:4.

M & L 8 mm dia TMT bar cut to length, bend to shape required incl cranking bending & hooking ends & binding with MS wire annealed n. less 0.9mm dia.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes , 150 mm dia (Salt glazed stone ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar all as specified and as directed.

M&L Concrete bed to drain pipe 150 mm dia incl. packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe PCC 1:4:8 type D2 all as specified and as directed.

M&L 150 mm dia Salt galzed stone ware drain pipe , grade 'A' of 200mm dia laid in trenches and jointed including all accessories & fittings complete as specified

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation in soft disintegrated rocks and getting out all as specified and directed.

Ditto as per item no 218 but exc 1.5m and n. exc 3m all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling , watering and well ramming n exc. 25 cm in layers (soft disintegrated rock/Soil) all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated surplus (soft disintegrated rock/Soil) at a distance exc. 1.5 Km but n. exc 5.0 Km all as specified and as directed.

Removing building materials(debris) within a distance of 2 Km including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep in hard/dense soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level all as specified.
