Design, Engineering, manufacturing, shop inspection and testing at manufacturer’s works, packing and forwarding, delivery at site, unloading, storage and handling at site, design of civil foundation and supervision of civil construction job, erection of complete package (including equipments, piping, electrical and instrumentation items),mechanical completion, commissioning and carrying out acceptance test for Effluent Treatment Plant(ETP)along with all the accessories including training for purchaser’s personnel , supply of start- up and commissioning spares and maintenance tools and tackles as called for in the specification and MR. Major components of the ETP package are given below- 1) Primary treatment system including Screening, Oil & Grease trap, Equalization Tank, pumps with motors, valves, piping, instruments and other accessories. 2) MBR system including pumps with motors, chemical dosing system, valves, piping, instruments, Treated water storage tank, CIP system and other accessories. 3) Sludge handling system including Basket centrifuge pumps with motors, valves, piping, instruments, collection pits, chemical dosing, and other accessories. 4) Primary treatment system including contaminated water main collection pit, screening, oil & grease removal chamber, pumps with motors, valves, piping, strainers, instruments, and other accessories. 5) Providing electrical power supply to the proposed ETP from the existing power supply grid of IGMC&RI and providing 125 KVA genset of approved make for uninterrupted power supply to the ETP. 6) Complete interconnecting piping as per Sect C and piping material specification with fittings, valves, required flanges, bends, gasket, nut-bolts, clamps, complete with supports& painting including the cost of first 2 years operation and maintenance with all chemicals and consumable.
